I know with Morgellons if I keep from sugar and carbohydrates things are much better.But deit soda and light foods have aspartane.Aspartane containing products that actually makes you crave carbohydrates.It is far more likely to make you gain weight.

Anybody know the science on xylitol and effects on morgellons?
It's what I've been using instead of sugar but I cannot tell a difference in the symptoms.

Carls, splenda is not aspartame, but is in competition for human destructive injestion medal.

I've been using xylitol, which I purchased from a health oriented pharmacy. It takes a million packets to get a sugar taste LOL but who cares.

Did you know that Stevia has now hit the big time with Coke and Pepsi? If anyone could kick the FDA's butt, it's the heavy hitters like them. I'm hopeful it could be legit.
