I bought a supplement called AbsorbMORE Toxins by Brenda Watson. It contains:

Glucomannan
Bentonite Clay
Activated Charcoal

I want to take it now but I was concerned because I am also on anti-parasite and antibiotics. I dont want it to decrease the absorption of the Rx meds. I've been very anxious to try it, but I'm not sure what I should do.

The part about the magnetic aspect and attracting the positive ions sounds great. I have been feeling like such a magnet I actually tested myself at one point. And months leading up to this I had been noticing when air had negative ions because I just couldn't breathe when it was mostly positive ions.

I have been using this since about a month after the DE arrived... not regularly as it is really gross internally and you must use with Psylium Husk fiber the 2 together are super gross!

The green glay you can get at Vitamin Shoppe for $9 a 1lb jar buy a couple you want at least 2.5 cups per bath....

Mask: you can leave on for several hours... under the DE thread I have noted along the way how much I love this stuff! My local health food store sells 2lb jar for $11!

Really works to detox and even notes to use as a foot soak!

Lasts as long as you mix slow and mix well!

Tingle will set in if you do a bath almost uphoric (sp) feeling soooo...

Turn phone off tv off music off get some essential oils that are calming like lavenedar keep away from metal as much as possible like the jar says and soak away right before bed is best drink plenty of water b4 and after and then rinse crawl into bed and feel fabulous for days... I use 1xwk...

I m on bentonite - been on it for 5 days now
1.

internally I make Senna tea then add large spoon of bentonite to it, blend them 2 in order to disolve bentonite properly, pour into a cup and add spoon of psyllum husk...noticed huge diff. in my stool texture.. softer stools and regular going to the loo... how strange every morning at the same time i have the urge to release " my residue" --I believe longer term useage will make huge diff that is for sure. so far i m having no negative symptoms from using it..

externally - I mix bentonite with some yogurt and olive oil not much of oil to make not so thick paste and then rub all over ---
AMAZING THING -- this is something that works so so well --- removes "larvae" and chittin as well
apllying bentonite mixed with water is not producing the same result on the skin as when using yogurt and oil -- it penetrates skin in gentle way leaving skin softer ... while by using mix of bentonite with water is harder and harsher on skin and does not remove as well as when using the other method


also i started taking it with yogurt and oil and i must say it softens gut walls, it helps i get less roughness
i m gonna stick with it for next few months this is so far the best thing i tried
