Has anyone tried Diatomaceous Earth?

OK... GUYS... I'm excited!

I'm starting to strongly suspect that Morgellons is 'Crypto' related... if you read the description of this parasite, it sounds just like what we've been describing. ?

I saw the post about the other kind of DE, no, this is edible bought at an organic only Health Food Store - it is in a fine gray powdered form.

I ate some more the same way last night. I wanted it to be full-strength because I have some serious Morgie parasites.

I made a mud paste with the saliva in my mouth. I put some of this 'mud' on my lips - that have had the 'C-shaped' parasites attached since December and it almost killed them overnight - with me sleeping with the 'mud' on my lips!!!

It's as if it dried them out and now I can almost pull most of these parasites off my lips! I made some 'mud' and put it on my ear lesions too. It's working wonders!

Get the fine powdered kind, mine looks gray in color, don't dilute it with anything except your saliva... make mud pastes and put them on your lesions and skin! It's killing the biofilm too. Try it! Eat it at the same time to kill the ones on the inside.

And, it's cheap - this baggie I purchased was a dollar something.

I am so glad it was the right stuff whooo, worried me a lil bit there...

I even sent a mass email out to friends and family to use this stuff for there issues, since it helps with so much. Even though they don't deal with what I have to they can still use it for health maintenance...

A few things to consider when buying DE:

"Because the diatoms lived all over the world, what they used for food and shell-building varied widely. Though DE is mostly made from silica (known by chemists as silicon dioxide), it is extremely rare to find silica all by itself. Usually, the silica will contain other oxides, trace minerals and sometimes it will even have heavy metals in it. When the diatom made its shell, these other things went into the shell as well and so they end up in the DE you feed us. All mammals need certain amounts of trace minerals to be healthy and heavy metals are bad for everyone.

So, if the DE has the right kinds and amounts of trace minerals, it can be very good for us. But if the DE has heavy metals, that isn't good. Some scientists believe that those heavy metals can get in our meat (and in Ritah's milk) and they can end up in you."

"The kind of DE you want is referred to as natural DE because it has NOT been calcined or altered in any other chemical way. Natural DE is classified as amorphous silica. You only want to buy natural DE that has less than 1% crystalline silica.

The whole commentary may be read here. It is very bad to use calcined DE which is mentioned in the article. It is very harmful to the lungs:

All of the DE information (like that posted on this link) is posted by people who also sell DE. Just something to keep in mind as this type of information is similar to a drug company saying their drugs work when they also have a vested interest in selling them. I am not saying DE is a drug or that what is said about it is not true, but this is the same type of advertising. DE sounds good though, and I hope all who try it will continue to post their results. So far it sounds very encouraging. I wonder too, if breaks should be taken when using it, as is mentioned here when discussing goats and worms (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off). I also wonder whether DE alone will rid the body of some morgellons symptoms permanently. Guess only time will tell.

TCM,I purchased my DE at a pet store but meg definitely got a better deal.my container is only 3 pounds and it was 20.99 megs was 10 pounds for a few more dollars.the brand name is Azmira it does not list any other ingredients than100% FOOD GRADE DE .what do you think tc any good? dizzy sorry i thought it was you that asked about the pets it was kammy.kritts it did help that couple days i took it i swear i had more energy .kammy's right you can see them and feel them when you use the paste.i actually made a paste and slept withit on my head.while showering today.i was removing alot of lumpy things from my face and scalp.i agree about taking a break in between.it makes perfect sense! and i also don't think you should stop using it altogether meg alot of us have thought we we're okay after treating ourselves then it creeps back up on us.what do you, my smart friends think

hello all--
just wanted to add that i've been using DE topically for some time at night---it seems to reduce new track marks and help with crawling.

but what i've noticed is that it kinda hurts---i get that tiny shards of glass feeling.

i'm thinking about taking it internally after reading all of meg's posts. i do try to get my cat to eat it--mix it in with his food, but he's so sensitive---he knows when i ef with his food!!

and like kritts, i too love that wolf creek website. i wanna go live with them and all of their animals!

i've talked to one of the owners, Julie, before---she's really wonderful. for years, they've had many morgellons sufferers as clients and they are very interested in the disease. i think they may even be attempting to do some research---i passed on being a participant because I'm doing so much under another practitioner's care.

I find it curious though that I do not find the Azmira Para Clear (the name of the product) Diatomaceous Earth on the Azmira.com site. I did a search with both Para Clear and Diatomaceous Earth. The only thing I can find out about this product from other sites is that it is 100% FOOD GRADE DE.

That said, here is the main site for the DE (Perma-Guard) which is carried on the Pinnacle Farms site:

I guess the only way you could find out more about your DE Robin would be to call or write the company who packages it for sale, in this case the Azmira company.

I took my first DE this morning. Now to wait and see what happens! I mixed it into a small glass of orange juice and drank it. I stired it often to keep it mixed well. I am making a paste out of some to put on my head next. LOL! Ok, the website that someone posted here says you should drink it at night. The directions that were in my DE (earthworks) suggested a tablespoon once daily in juice, applesauce or yogurt. I think the oatmeal is a fine idea and I will try that tomorrow. Oh, I did 1 tablespoon in the juice.

I had my first place trying to become a lesion this morning. I dabbed some champho-phenique on it and it seemed to help. After I shower this morning I will put some DE paste on it and a bandaid and see how that works out. I have several places that have shown up on my arm that look like dead varmits. do they come to the surface to die? Gross! I swear they have a fish like shape to some of them. One is very large and looks as if it has a tail on it. Shudder, shudder!

You know, I have such a hard time beliving that this has actually happened to me, and I bet the vast majority of people that this has zapped feel the same way. BUT.... seeing the evidence with ones own eyes tells the tale. Now I would like to understand how a Dr. can see these places and not believe their patient. Doesn't make any sense at all. I still have not gone back to my GP to discuss this with her. I have a feeling she would freak out on me. In the meantime I am doing what I think will be best for me.

After research please remember the breeding time for parasites and the hatching time as well. Everything I have read says that you need to be on DE for 90 days minimum to get rid of the current breeders and the larva, eggs that follow. I also verified that all excess will leave the body so taking breaks are not necc. especially if we don't know how we are comming into contact with it or how long it takes for the eggs to hatch and die. Breeding and incubation time can range 7 to 30 days per cycle. Our bodies are suppose to turn the silica not needed into calcium for sure and I think iron as well but I will have to double check as soon as I have time, this is where the energy comes from. Our bodies do not become immune to the DE because it is not a medication it is made up of compounds that our body produces for positive health naturally. My bf has also contacted a parasite researcher who was testing for parasites on a man that had morgs. symptoms but also had cancer. After being on the DE (not sure of time frame) he came back negative for the cancer and morg. symptoms and remains on the DE now. This was a case he had that is a couple years old, the cancer has not returned. I will try and get the facts on this and post later as well. Reading on DE/Silica prior to hearing this I did read that if your body has the proper levels of Silica your body can NOT produce Cancer, it suffocates the Cancer as it does the parasites, kinda... Why wasn't this something that was promoted like Vitamin C or Multi-V's???? I have to get my son off to school and Dr's apt. Once I have been able to talk to my Dr. about all of this I will get back and update the posts... She is great so keep your fingers crossed that she can help us out! XOXO Meg
