I have to say I have used alot of probiotic pills in the last year and I have to say that raw kefir is the best probiotic out there.

As some of the Lftipton's posts have indicated, kefir home brewed is really one of the best things you can make for yourself.

I have bought expensive $55 dollar probiotic pills, and other things that seemed to help but nothing surpasses the effect that kefir has on destroying candida and morgellons colonies in the colon and elsewhere on the skin.

Now, I just have to find something that will clean out the colon and the other body parts from the destruction that the candida albicans has done.
