 Salt? How much should I be using daily? I have been having salt in hot water about twice a day and it seems to be keeping the crawling down to a minimum. I was at breaking point yesterday after about six weeks of constant itching and craling sensations and today it has more or less disappeared. I will continue with the salt treatment but what are the daily intake reccomendations? Thanks!  |
