I had a load of that cheap salt tonight on a plate of chips and I am sooooooo thirsty. I have no fizzy water or fruit flavoured water, just beer. The crawling has subsided but I can now see things flying out of my hair. I think.

You should get the most natural unprocessed salt you can afford Matt. It should be a brown or pink colour.
Himilayan Rock Salt or Celtic Sea Salt are the best

Carla, I bought some Maldon Sea Salt from Tesco earlier on. It has no additives and is £2.10 for 250g.
