Jo,

I'd been using tea water on my arm. I picked open afew scabs and applied directly as well. All was fine. later that evening, my arm began to itch and burn for no reason I can think of. Not after application or anything that makes sense. I applied more to help stop the itch, but it didn't. I had to spray with hydrogen peroxide until the critter spots were white and hard. Then it really hurt and stung, of course. I applied DSP and it stopped everything.

I personally think the salt itself does the job and the green tea finishes it off.
when I used the teabag soaked in salt water, it really seemed to be more effective. I'm now thinking of doing same and adding baking soda as well.

A formidable trio, I would think.

Thanks Kritts for your report.

Salt helps for me. Rocks gets a great result with this experiment without salt being involved.

Steve asked me whether they like the tea (and thats why they come out), or if it kills them?

I'm not sure yet. If anyone else tries massaging green tea on the skin, I'd recommend having a bath with lots of salt and vinegar first.

That way they will be dead when the green tea exposes them.

You may not need to concentrate on lesions to do this experiment, as you may find that the larvae leach through intact skin very well.

I came here for these questions cause you gals are the experts.

My parlor has couches, cushions. My kitchen and bedroom all are vyinll covered or wood. When I come home I wipe down parlor to bedroom, get in shower and retire. If I have to go to parlor and back I am deluged with itchy bumps, picking off white crytals particles from skin and things in my ears and nose. I then have to wipe down clothes, back of neck ankles. etc. I had to go in there, now Im going crazy again. If i just stay in my plastic freakin world Im fine. I have mites, I have something so small. But how can they LAND and I find these little crystal paricles? If I allow them to fester when I finally scrape them off they look like an egg. With a hair attached at both ends. I got one the other night, I looked at it with amgnifying glass, it was golden, had hair on end. So I pricked it with a needle, it squirted. I then manipulated it. It was sticky. I then squashed it and it relased a gooey fluid. Im crying cause Im so disgusted.

I have a huge ego and Im sure because of all the natural talent I see here many do! Ive tried so hard NOT to be sick. Its not working. Ive tried hard to fight this, stay above water you might say, getting all the drugs that could take away the symptoms. Its taking a differnt course. I have to get Ivermecttin. Never tried it. I rub and clean and keep away but Im at my wits end. Whats biting me???

Hi ya Nat,

I dunno what's biting ya without looking at samples.

Did you know I've got multiple myiasis? I started a little hatchery from one of my skin eggs and its just hatched into the most teeny weeny fly I've ever seen.

Another species to add to the list....

I'll try and post some more of my fly larvae research, in case it rings true for you and other folk.

Joey,
I don't think I have larvae in my skin. Everything I've seen so far under the scope was the fibers rolled up or in other forms, so I guess I'm not a good subject.

Default Active ingredient (EGCG), blog & a plead

Hello,

The most active ingredient in green tea is the Catechin type called Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Very much a 'cure all' compound.

The first post in this thread reports on the anti bacterial (including MRSA), anti fungal, anti viral properties and regarding how it can help prevent skin cancer and skin immunosuppression)

This link below points to some evidence that it may help with the treatment of brain tumours, multiple sclerosis and HIV:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epigallocatechin_gallate

I found a blog on Marc's site from a lady that has had great results with using green tea:

On June 21, 2008 at 5:20 pm linda Said:

"I am looking for those affected in the san antonio area that have
morgellons and would like to try what i have recently found to be
helpful…it is something easily boughten at the grocery store and is not
toxic or invasive like so many other things we try to help ourselves with…

I live in boerne tx…my name is Linda and i want someone near to where i
live to try what has really helped and is possibly curing me after 7 weeks
of this…if others find the same helpful benefits that i have, then this
can be made very public to those with morgellons…since i am the only one
that i know of that has tried this, i do not want to publicly say what it
is and have it lift hope and fail

i only know, it has worked for me like no other product, medication,
etc…has worked no doctors are involved either…if you have contacts of
people in my area with morgellons, please send their contact info to
me…this could be the answer for morgellons…does it cure? i don't know..i
am currently still using this method and continue to heal if it does not
cure, it is the most easy, convenient treatment that i have read about and tried thanks, Linda outside san antonio texas area.."

I dont know what else to say to convince you guys and girls to try it.

Just rub a brewed green teabag on your skin in a small circular motion and tell me if the bags got white bits on it.

Thats all

Please? Pretty please?

Jo xxx

ps- Kritts, just for my records..did your bag have white bits yeh or nay?
pps - Please use Organic Green tea to avoid any risk of DDT exposure.

hey Nat,

Are you treating the sofas and any other thing that has filler? how old are they? If I were you, I would get rid of them. I'm thinking the mites are so small and light that they could be carried up into the air if people sit on them, or even if not. Then they would attach to the walls and ceiling as the air rises, and possibly your body's static electricity would attract them to your body.

I just rented out my property and gave away ALL of my furniture. It was a tough thing to do because I loved some of it, but all I can think of is that mould is in the cracks, crevices and stuffing. I actually have a little peace of mind for doing it.

Jus ma two senseless.
