has anyone heard of kings diet e-book

Has anyone heard or used a e-book resource on the web called kings diet?

It tells the story of this man and how this book helped him. Looks interesting but there are so many scams I worry about spending money I DON'T have on something that doesn't REALLY work. ANY input would be great. It will help me and maybe some others.

I bought it when I was desperate and I've recently emailed the guy to tell him how it made things worse.

It cut out vital food groups at a crucial time in my bodys fight again morgellons....

Its not all bad advice, eg cut out processed sugar, but not something anyone should be profitting from pm me if you wish....

I think maybe more important then following a diet is to eat healthy lean meals with lots of low fat meat and vegetables.
Also walking or doing some other exercise seven days a week is also very important since many of us have been diagnosed with metabolic syndrome and have a high risk of developing diabetes, a stroke and so forth.

Also all morgellons smokers need to quit their habits and this will save them money in their pocket book too.
