Hey Paul,
Why vitamin D? Why not vitamin B? Specifically B6.... seems critters utilize B6 in many diseases and create a shortage in their unwilling hosts.

Default vitamin D is FREE

Go outside and sit in the sun for 20 minutes or so and you will get a free "shot" of vitamin D. Do not wear sunscreen. And you don't need a prescription or insurance to pay for it!

It is free and natural, the way "God", our creator, intended.

In the white light,

Default Vitamin D

Exactly right, Jonsi! I never realized how many people never get enough sun until I have recently read how important D is for health. I once read a book, years ago (I may have mentioned this before...sorry if so) called, "the effect of light on health" written by the man who did the time-lapse photography for Walt Disney's "Fantasia" many moons ago. He described how breaking his coke-bottle glasses was what cured him from his many ills, including having to walk with a cane. His theory was that the sun rays much reach the pituitary gland through the retina of the eye in order to insure good health. He had to stay near the set to monitor the photography progress and walked the beach daily. I'm sure, of course, just having the sun on the skin was what produced the D in his system, but I think there is also something very possibly profound in what his theory is. I have read similar theories from different, unrelated sources. There is just so much we do not know about the body.

But THE MORGIES will figure it ALL out!!!

Smile Vitamin D

Hi Paul n all,

Its an interesting debate as to whether vitamin D helps morgies and if so to what extent.

This is a great post by 2many about it:
Hanging out inside the lesion

Trisha Springstead RN was saying that lack of vit D depletes the human body of the necessary nutrients needed in order to increase the immune
system. One person said she was on 2000 of Vitamin D and her levels came back low (she decided it was because Morgs feeds off vit d) so she reduced, when really, Trisha believes she should have increased it.

This is a good site about its benefits:
Vitamin D Council | Understanding Vitamin D Cholecalciferol

And then, there's Dr Staninger that recommends getting some sun (although for the far-infrared rather that Vit d maybe???)

If you try it, let us know how you go. And if you'd like to speak with Trisha about it, I could pm ya her email address.

All the best

Jo xxx

I have been taking alot of vitamin d pills lately and I seem to fill better. Better then I was before. But i dont think its the only thing that I need. My naturalpath suggests that I get my amalgams removed. But mercury toxicity can be caused by lyme toxins too. Anyway, I have this thick layer of mold on my skin. I think all of us do. But will filling removal really curtail that mold growth, probably not. I wonder if I do need to get this removed then which natural doctor will be generous enough to afford me this treatment being 24 and and not being able to spend alot of money.
