where to start. first off i'm a lazy typist and do not capitalize.

i came across M while reading about chemtrailsm, nanotechnologies, biowarfare and the theory of homo evolutis (which is no longer a theory in my opinion). and while reading all of this began to put a few things together as i thought about some of the things i experienced throughout my life.

my first point is that i have an auto-immune disease known as alopecia. i basically am three hairs shy of having universalis and have had this all my life. i'm sure many of you know of it since i've seen some posts about it here. it came and went in phases and drastically improved with puberty only to become more of a permanent installation when i was 20. no cream, steroid or anything made a difference. i grew up on a farm eating home grown food, milk straight from the cow and water from a very clean well.

later on in life i became a vegetarian and noticed some things improved like my skin and overall health. i'm not one to ever get sick and when i do it usually puts me down for several days. i've never had a flu shot in my life. i hate otc med and prescription meds. i'm as homeopathic as i can be, as organic and non-processed as i can be and if i could afford a freaking ionizer i'd have three. all of my skin care products are animal by-product free and as chemical free as they come. dr. bonners treats me well.

i've been living in phoenix for 13 years now and have seen MAJOR (whoa) changes in the environment here. its absolutely ridiculous. needless to say the air quality everyone used to brag about is horrific. and only in the past few years have i noticed that i constantly have cloudy mucous and snot. i hate it. no neti pot or humidifier will ever keep me clean. my lungs and head hurt more often than they should. we rarely see a clear sky here anymore.

i've been an obsessive lotion user since i was a child. i take uber good care of my skin. and in this past year i've noticed some major differences. i get strange "acne" around my chin that appear as little watery bubbles. it takes forever to go away. my skin feels creepy crawly almost all the time. some days are better than others. i've had some pretty big issues with twitchy eyes as well.

i've done parasite and detox cleanses before and had very good success. recently, and mostly because of what i've been reading about chemtrails and heavy metals, i've been using DE in pretty high doses. nearly 2 tablespoons a day. at the same time i started using the miracle II soap. i'm not sure if i buy into that one but when the two kicked in together i started feeling things in my skin like they were trying to get out. nothing big, but little and everywhere. i don't think these things like what i'm doing.

i did not think to add pro-biotics in until reading up on that here. i've used them before but completely forgot about it all. especially with the DE in play. i also think that the almond oil i'm using on my skin is drawing things out as well. any takes on why that might be? i'm currently sucking down a double dose of matcha brew and will try the tea bag bath when i'm done rambling here.

i do not doubt one millisecond that many of our horrific human brothers and sisters are poisoning us. i'm not one for hype, and i consider myself a realist. so are they trying to control our population and take us down bit by bit. hell yes. i'm noticing more and more of the coincidences and symptoms in my body and it pisses me off.

for some psycho therapy, i took some of the long white and clear fibers i picked off my arm and put a lighter under them and torched those suckers. can you say HDPE? those things shrivled like a shrinky dink and smelled of burning plastic. i have yet to see things crawl on me and i don't recall ever having any lesions but recently in the past three months have had the volcanic/underground type of pimples that hurt like a witch. since using the DE and getting off of a highly acidic/vitamin c facial cleanser a friend suggested when i broke out my face has been a little clearer. along with those pimples the left corner of my mouth cracked and cracked and was open for three months straight. when i got the cracks to close up i noticed now that my skin in that area just peels away like i'm shedding. but its better for the most part.

i've been meaning to get some colloidal silver anyway and since reading here that its helped some i will be getting it. so with that the DE, clean soaps, pro-biotics, green tea (i gotta lay off the coffee...) and anger management (being melodramatic) what else can i do? i ask only because some of you here seem to have quite a knack for narrowing down certain symptom batches and known combinations for those groups.

so since my last novel of a post i've adopted some additional and new things into my personal and home care regime.

i'm not one to obsess over cleaning but i do not like dust bunnies and clutter. i vacuum once a week or so and maintain my bathroom and kitchen just as frequent. since discovering what this phenomenon is i've been paying more attention to what happens in between cleaning with various things, as well as to what i'm cleaning my body with both internally and externally. i've taken A LOT of the personal accounts posted here into consideration and this is what i'm doing; which seems to be working [for me.]

internal:
colloidal silver
diatomaceous earth
oil of oregano
aluminum free baking soda
grapefruit seed extract
raw kefir probiotics
cayenne pepper
vitamins b, c, d and cal/mag

cold-brew green tea matcha all day long in at least a gallon of water per day


external:
dr bronners soaps (peppermint and tea tree)/miracle ii soap
kosher salt (due to size) added for salt scrubs on face and body
d-tox brand facial care products
100% sweet almond oil for moisturizer
tea tree oil on my face
menthol/camphor vapor rub and lip balm by j.r. watkins


home care:
i mixed a steeped pot of green tea with tea tree oil, peppermint soap and lavender oil in a spray bottle and sprayed every inch of carpet in my home. i waited a few days and then vacuumed. i have NEVER pulled so much crap out of my carpet EVER. i had to empty the canister after every room i did and usually i only empty it after doing my entire apartment. i looked at what came up. an insane amount of white fibers. my carpet feels really soft now.

after changing a few cotton curtains to rayon/polyester blends i have less (nearly none) fibers clinging to my drapes.

i'm dumping a lot of salt into my laundry with peppermint soap and lavender infused laundry detergent. again, nearly no fibers coming out of the dryer attached to my clothes. what i am noticing is more static electricity with only one dryer sheet, so i'm using two. i'll take it!

i read a post somewhere that one person threw out all of their belongings and moved to a new place along with other drastic measures. if you can help your body become less productive you can slowly clean your home environment of SOME of the issue. i think we will all, always have this around us no matter where we go, where we live or how we live. i go to the gym everyday and i work at a major university (80k students) and this stuff is everywhere. its on the clothes and backpacks of nearly everyone i see. i went to a friends house last night, after freshly lint-rolling myself clean and came home COVERED in white fibers. the reality is, it is here to stay and we have to make mends with that fact and not let it break us mentally.

i've learned a lot this week about my own situation, more than what i can post here at the moment. also important to remember is that this is going to manifest itself in each of us differently. the one common factor that can help all is maintaining your own body as best you can.

Out of curiosity, Are you still M symptom free? How long did it take you to discover you had MgD before you started this protocal? And, lastly, what did you specifically do to get rid of the MgD in your scalp? I am having majoy issues with this. Feeling frustrated and tired. and it's just the beginning. Please help.
