I thought I'd start a thread on teas, since so much information is now coming through this forum about this plant's therapeutic capabilities.
I just came across this on a newsletter I get, and it makes much sense to me. I'm going to check it out and possibly incorporate in my salads.

It evidently puts vitamin C to shame as far as antioxidants. The interesting point is that it is a powder made of the leaves, which you can consume without filtering into water to drink as a tea. I used to buy Supergreens and may do so again, and check out if they use these leaves as well.
