Just a thought....you might want to check fluoride levels of green tea, and match them to daily "safe" levels of fluroride ingestion. I think the tea is very high in fluoride.

I've heard it has to be Organic Green Tea as the Non-organic contains something we shouldn't touch. I'll find the info again and post it.

ahhhh yes..... the plot thickens.

I'm wondering if the scientists for big Pharma already knew about the elements of tea being such a decay preventative (bioflavinoids play a huge role here) but would they let us know we should just obtain it from the source? Naaaah. Crest can make MILLIONS!!!

AND......

from that awesome link from Jo....the author is citing green tea. vitamin K (something) is also addressed and I remember reading years ago how important it is to eat, for instance, the whole orange since it also supplies that vitamin which enhances the effect of vitamin C. The skin of most, if not all, fruits and vegetables have the flavinoids which are not only antioxidants, but have untold other properties for health and well-being.

I'm going to stop the coffee and go back to my ritual of tea. By the way... white tea might be even more beneficial.

I'm on this, friends. I'll keep you posted.
