Natural Yoghurt
milk
Dried mustard
Ginger
vicks vapour rub

Yes I have put the mixture 4 times on my face over the past 2 days. I can not beleive the results. There were literally hundreds of little plugs and brown specks as well as the little red worms or sting looking things. It is highly recommended by me.

What I'm doing ...and it's removing MILLIONS of things from my lesion within the tunnel is:

I take my plain yogurt and mix that with a little milk.

Then I add in dry mustard, and ginger.

Dab that till it's mixed.

Then I apply that on the lesion, and then I put Vicks VapoRub on top that.

Leave for 10 min...and talk about a gazillion little white things!!!

They come out without having to "pluck and pick" no strain no pain...just DEAD critters galore!

All I have to do is clear them out of the way to get the next batch of "critter" looking things out that this application has KILLED in my skin!

Wow...this is so impressive and exciting. I'm going shopping. I'm guessing it doesn't have to be yogurt from the health food store...any supermarket brand?

My goodness the celebs haven't realised they are being ripped off when they go for dermabrasion or whatever its called.
I think i put too much mustard in it,its taken 2 layers off in 10mins!!!!LOL.I stuck it all over my face and brought tears to my eyes but yes some things have come out of forehead.Will have another go tomorrow with less mustard.What with this and the foot pads I shall be the cleanest person in Yorkshire-don't smell too good but no worries.LOL

I tried it and wished they'd given measurements.

I probably put in too much ginger and mustard because I couldn't leave it on for more than 6 minutes and felt more irritated afterward and didn't see anything come out.

Then again, I put it on my eyelid, which is pretty sensititve, and I've only seen a few black specs twice, a few weeks apart.

If anyone can provide measurements, I'd appreciate it.

One time I put straight mustard powder on the inside of my elbow and left it on too long. I got a bad burn in the crease that blistered & peeled... but it got rid of whatever was under my skin!

I wouldn't suggest leaving this recipe on any creases (eyelids, behind the knees, inside elbows, inner thighs) or tender areas of skin unless you watch it closely.
