Default What are you using for detox, far infrared or steam sauna?

Hello all,

I was wondering what you guys thought was best for detoxification of the body? Are you more happy with the results of a steam sauna or more happy with the results of a far infrared device?

Please elaborate on your opionins.

Paul

The fibers are defensless against sticky tape! I like to use clear packageing tape to clean fibers off the skin...its stickiness does not hurt the skin. Itchy areas require more than one application of sticky attack. I have done experiements in which i look at each used sticky tape on my tv microscope. There are times, when i first began to collect some facts about this strange reality.....that i would tape an area with a 2 inch piece of sticky tape until it lost its stickiness due to its collection of fibers and stuff>and it would take 20 attacks of tape before the tape came out clear of fibers.***********Becoming aware of this environmental situation is like moving into a dusty house. You give it a good initial cleaning, and then can maintain the situation more easily. There are probably many ways to maintain this, finding your favorite is the goal. For me, i use baking soda in the shower. I put the powder on a loofa sponge and scrub it on an area of skin, let it sit on it a minute because i find it dissolves the collection of "fiber goo"....then rinse off. Sticky tape on clothing, bedding, upholstry, and carpet reduces its fiber collection...immensly and immediately. Vacuuming smooth surfaces reverses its collection. Club soda sprayed on mirrors and glass and woodwork...and wiped up with a paper towel, is a fast and inexpensive way to wipe off the sticky amber goo. The removal of embedded fibers creating lesions in the skin is what i am faced with, and have been successful doing it with baking soda. This huge bizarre reality we are forced to deal with can be reversed big time with small daily patient efforts. The fear we feel is tremendous initially, but together we can make the fiberfight fears lessen into "molehills" that are bagged and put in the trash. Thanks to yours and everyones contributions, this mystery will be exposed and defeated. I like the brand "Sovereign Silver", from Vitimin shope or Whole Foods for internal use. Its high tech, small size particles of silver come with a safe EPA reccomended usage. I have used it as an eye wash, skin spray, mouth wash and internal aid for several years now. For an itchy scalp, the silver calms it down...For static in the hair, my favorite quick remedy surprise: take a piece of aluminun foil and rub it on the hair. It gets out the static, and if you are creative, make a hat of it and wear it....you will give yourself and your family something to laugh about in the midst of this strange battle we are in

I drink a very very strong black Organic coffee about a
hour before I go to a sauna.I hope it gives them no where to run
A few doses of Rock Salt or MMS may be even better.
The hoover is good to pick any fibers up esp. from your hair.
I put salt inside the hoover bags and use two filters to avoid blowing them back into the room.
