You will be happy to know that there is a name for your disease. It's Meniere disease. It was first recognized more than 100 years ago, but it is not well known. You are missing some of the symptoms, and some of your symptoms are extreme, but that's it. You can read about it on the internet. I don't know if MMS will over come it or not. As far as medical science is concerned, there is no cure. On the other hand it is not fatal either.
It has mainly to do with the ears and the middle ear. That's why you can still think and reason OK, because it isn't in your brain.
They can improve the symptoms very little bit, and they will give you drugs that are worse than the disease. I am working on mine with a form of quinine that may have helped a little, and I am still at it. Don't stop taking the MMS. Don't increase over 6 drops, but if you want to increase, just do it more than twice a day, but don't use more than 5 or 6 drops at a time. Don't make yourself sick.
