Hi Robin,
The source I could find which does list suggested children’s doses for the parasite herb black walnut (scroll way down for the children's chart) is from the site curezone. The material is evidently copied from Hulda Clark with permission. There’s a lot to read:
Herbal parasite cleans-parasite cleans, cleansing parasites with black walnut, wormwood and cloves
There is some additional discussion of black walnut, green black walnut hull, short shelf life of black walnut powder and more in the sources below. If you buy from a local herbalist who is cautious about using only known and trusted suppliers of herbs you will usually have better results than from the commercially available herbs though there are some reputable smaller commercial herbal companies too. Eclectic herbs and Gaia Herbs are two I can think of off hand. They are available in many health food stores nationwide.
My community is fortunate to have one very good herbalist who does check her sources and only buys from smaller suppliers. She also makes her own tinctures for those who do not have time to make their own. Herbs are only as good as their strength and quality. These next two discussions are from sites which sell what they discuss. I am only using them for the short discussion about types of black walnut. The second sources discusses other herbs often used with black walnut (wormwood and cloves). Both sites have brief remarks about children.
From one site:
"Attention: In order to maintain high potency of the Black Walnut Hull Capsules the manufacturer puts a very short expiration date on this product. The maximum expiration date when the product is new is only 6 months. You typically receive the product about 3-5 months before it expires. The Black Walnut Hull Tincture has a one and a half year expiration date, so if you plan on keeping your Black Walnut Hull for over 3 to 4 months then order the Tincture version.
Green Black Walnut Hull (GBWH) gets its name from the fact that the black walnuts are harvested from the tree while they are still green. The Freeze-dried Capsule version of GBWH is just as pure. One obvious benefit of using the capsules vs. the tincture is that they are free of alcohol.
Converting Tincture to Capsules:
About the Freeze Dried GBWH Capsules:
2 1/2 capsules = 1 teaspoon Extra Strength Tincture
The GBWH caps are packed with mint in order to help prevent upset stomach. If you are taking homeopathic medicine the peppermint may neutralize their effect, depending on what homeopathic medicine you are taking.
Note Regarding Children Please do personal research and consult with your health care professional before giving any herbs to children. The educational directions enclosed suggest a much lower quantity for children than for adults. It is important to read accompanying literature prior to using this product. Do not take during pregnancy or lactation. Keep away from children."

This next site discusses how to buy black walnut tincture, wormwood and clove capsules to do parasite cleanses. Although they also sell kits it is easy to obtain these products without doing that. It is good to see sites freely share information about herbs although all of them do sell herbs too. As this particular site cautions be sure to drink plenty of water when using herbs:
Dose cautions for children from this site:
Re-infestation will occur so consider doing the parasite cleanse once or twice a year. Children are especially susceptible to parasites since they are always sticking things in their mouths. While teenagers can take adult dosages, please
consult a natural doctor for the proper doses for children. Parasite Cleanse – Quickly and Safely with Herbs
