I am wondering if they are saying to take C another time of day because some think you can take too much C (which is improbable....too much manifests itself in diarrhea (which after all this research I'm wondering if that's not actually a good thing...forcing exit of toxins and impurities from our bodies...C doing one of its jobs)).

Citric acid is in lemons and limes which are also a major source of vitamin C.

Just a thought.

Hi Nick,
I just tried to find what samento is and couldn't. Cumanda is cumin, I take it?

My personal opinion is that I would isolate treatments from each other because you don't really know how they interact or possibly cancel each other out.

Thanks! for your input I think you maybe right.I think I will keep on the same program for now thanks. Samento is a TOAfree form of cat's claw a natural herbal supplement treats borrelia boriensis organisms (lyme disease) works well with cumanda.

I asked if it was OK to take MMS with antibiotics and the answer is 'Yes, provided you have an hour or two or either side' Have'nt started mine yet tho, but will soon. Milly x
