| Hi Seasprtie sounds like you have been through the wringer. No fun there. Cloudy urine does not sound good. The scalp problems I used to have it really hurts. This shampoo I use is degined for African Americans yet the ingredients help my scalp alot without drying. The Clove leaf oil and menthol are helpful. It can be found in the black haircare section at Walgreens or sometimes at black beauty supply places if you have them. Here is a link to Dr. Miracles 2-in-1 Shampoo: Dr. Miracle's - Dr. Miracles 2-in-1 Tingling Shampoo and Conditioner . Eucalyptus oil is also helpful for clearing the scalp. A few drops can be put into shampoo or bodywash. Make sure to not get it into your eyes. Some of the other oils from escofoods could be helpful in shampoo as well. such as peppermint, spearmint oil, or some of the citrus oils. GSE a few drops can be put into shampoo or bodywash as well. Here is a site to get eucalyptus oil from: left_essential_oils at escofoods.com . (LC) |

| Polymerase chain reaction... tests HIV and can detect it early before the anti-bodies set in. Don't know if it would have any relevance to Lyme or morg tho'... CD57 shows the level of antibodies for Lyme... Don't know much about these things, but am going to have a CD57 next week to see how my lyme is getting on ! Hilly x |

| Hi every one! I havn't posted on this particular thread before... but please try Neem oil on your head. Dont mix it with anything just use it strait. It has done wonders for the top of my head and of course my skin. I hate taking anti biotics and this works better. It does stink though, but a small price to pay for peace of mind. Neem oil is preaty inexspensive as well. Janice |

The company that does this test is IGENIX My understanding of the CD-57 is that it measures the number of NK Natural Killer cells a type of white blood cell. LYME destroys these cells. The less you have the worse the disease. This test is now an INDICATOR for lyme. The dx stil need to be clinical but this is a good indicator. For example. The normal range is 60-360 with 200 being preferred. My level is 25. My jaw dropped when I read it. Also, because lyme "hides" in the cell walls of healthy cells your immune system cannot tell it is there so does not do combat against the critter and does not automatically produce more of these cells,, I am taking transfactor proteins to tell my body to produce more of these cells. I dont have links and have not researched more on this, thats my undertadning from talking to docs and i Hope i have it right, but again, please googel for yourself. peace, sprite |

| I have not had itching on my head for about a month. I am not sure what to attribute this to. I have been doing olive leaf while i Have been off antibiotics. I have also been taking large doses of vitamin D like 6-7,000 units a day. This is mainly because they come in yummy gummy tablets. I probably need to get my level checked so I don't OD on it. But they said it would take so much more than that to have a toxic level. the olive leaf and the vitamin D are the two major changes i can think of. any ideas? what's interesting is that one of the topical treatments the dermatologist #3 gave me was topicsl vitamin D lotion. (I had to look it up to find out that's all it was....) |

I sent for the kit from the Igenex lab, but they said they don't use the CD57 test, which I thought they did! This was the whole reason I sent for the kit. For the full Lyme and the full "other associated tick diseases" it would run about $1,300.00....I still haven't done anything because I'm confused now. Kritts |
