| Hey Sweet Pea, LC! Are you taking off the boxing gloves? I'll try to make this short and simple by first giving my background and symptoms of having Morgellons and then steps i have taken to overcome those "symptoms" (for lack of a better word). I'll try to list approximately what my cost was/is. Lesions, pimples that wouldn't seem to heal. DSP (Devine Skin Protection) ~$35 Miracle II Soap and neutralizers/gels ~$45/gal, includes shipping (again, another form of protection for our skin, also can drink a few drops of neutralizer and add to pets water) This product breaks down and kills the fungi on our skin that the Morgs grows and spreads in. Also kills candida and psoriasis of the skin. Ground Cumin ~$3 at grocery store. I have used it as a body scrub and face mask and have put it in my bath. As a scrub or mask it extracts the white gooey worm-like stuff in the lesions. Bathing-you will find a lot of squiggly 1-1 1/2" black fibers in you bath water and should shower off afterwards. Use it in cooking or just eat a spoonful when you feel like it, yum-yum ds. Leaky gut syndrome, gas, stomach aches: Colon-san ~$40 I will modify my reply to include more info on this when I find mine, but you put a heaping spoon of the powder in a glass of water and drink it, followed by a tbsp. lemon juice. Make sure there is a bathroom close by and aren't shy about playing the "tuba". organic Kifer ~$3.50 A pro-biotic yogurt-like drink. It helps rebuild the "good" living organisms in our digestive system. (anti-biotic prescriptions strip our systems of the good along with the bad and it is hard to get the body back in balance) Brain-fog, depression, muscle aches, weakness (barely able to stand up and walk): Testing for food allergies and getting de-sensitized to these foods using tbm. One session cost $95 and it took two sessions, 3 foods each session, to get de-sensitized. I found out I was allergic to wheat, rice, corn, peanuts, almonds and chile (the chile-pepper that New Mexican food is so famous for: red or green? Six hours after the first session (de-sensitized to the wheat, rice and chile) my strength started returning and I found myself humming to myself... Tested positive for Lymes and started taking drops of liquid balsamea extract, a natural anti-biotic, ~$35/bottle. Also started weekly lazar light therapy to stimulate the mitochodrial growth in my bone marrow, ~$33 per session. Foot-baths with positive/negative ionization, pulls out toxins from organs and lymphatic system. ~$30. At first I was doing two baths a week because the water was so gross with all the stuff coming out. Lymphatic massage Therapy ~$60 for 1 hour session. My therapist uses electrical impulse (a machine) to get really deep into the lymph system. She is also a Reiki Master which really pulls the spirit back in... She gave me recipes for liver flush drinks which help the liver do its job, filtering out the toxins and poisons. TOXINS-get them out and you will find relief. One example is inorganic milk-it has cow-hormones, pesticides sprayed on the corn, bio-genetical engineered grains, antiobiotics given to the cows so they don't get sick (hmm...confusing to my genetics, what does my body do with all of this stuff that it doesn't recognize?) Prescription anti-biotics and medications have a lot ingredients that our bodies do not recognize... are toxic and in the long run hinder our recovery from Morgellos. Lastly- tbm for Morgellons, getting desensitized. ~$95 Currently I take 5 drops liquid balsamea ext/day. I drink ONLY organic milk and kifer, and eat only organic beef & bananas, but other foods I'm not as careful with. I try to get a lymph massage every one to two weeks. Drink the colon-san maybe 3x/month. Take a multi-vitamin (C, B-12, niacin & riboflavin) that my body was tested for and needs. It is a long process identifying what makes your body sick and getting desensitized to those things. I just got a pair of pajamas for xmas "made in China". I should have thrown them away but couldn't resist the soft fleece. Big mistake! I am finding little lint-bugs all over my room. Eco-Vie is essential in cleansing your environment. This is taking up too much space and I am tired. There is so much more to say about toxic foods, medicines, air and environment. I have said before here on this site. As of now I would say I am 90-95% in remission, but I think that remission may not be the proper term? I feel that once the Morgellons goes through your body it leaves a root-like structure, like tiny tubes. I think toxins (in our food, medicines, air and water) "feed" the Morgellons. If we could eat organic foods, drink pure water and breath clean air (don't forget that skin is our largest organ) maybe we would be symptom free... Ok? LC. I know I have left stuff out. A lot of us here have found relief with non-traditional homeopathic remedies. Next? Love, ~jonsi

As far as percentiles...interesting notion. How can we measure something as unquantifiable as feeling better in percentiles? We can say we feel a lot better, but 98.9% better? Assigning a percentage to wellness suggests lab testing. Is that what you are saying? Are you going by a survey which has a group of percentages instead of the numbers 1-5 or 1-10? Then you are wanting subjective information? If you have announced the collection of this information in another format (I'm interested in anyone else's approaches to getting well using natural protocols), this might have been a topic where folks from all experiences could share. But to establish a wellness (or illness) hierarchy, especially after those have posted or shouted their troubles, seems less than appropriate. Please don't establish an A list. Non sempre capire, cosė ho studio BB ------------- Late edit: Modified quote to include author |
