| Since Bubba told us about Lactic Acid & Citric Acid, I've been checking all the beauty products I use. I've been using Vaseline Intensive Care Renewal Age Redefining Body Lotion (always trying to redefine my age!) It would burn after soaking. Come to find out it has Lactic Acid in it. It's not as much as AmLactin, but after I get better, I think I'll continue to use it instead of the AmLactin - much cheaper! Also I use John Freida Sheer Blonde Glistening Perfection Conditioner - Platinum to Champagne to condition my hair after I soak. I have sort of long hair & soaking it really destroys it. I have been piling on this conditioner & hardly rinsing it out. Come to find out, it has both Lactic Acid & Citric Acid. Maybe that's why I don't have lesions on my scalp? I don't know if the conditioners for other colors of hair have both acids, but this has really helped with the dried out hair & maybe with keeping the population off my scalp! Plus you can buy it at Walmart for $5! I put Dove Body Glow self tanner on my face every day, too (Trying to keep from looking as washed out as I feel). It has Citric acid - I've also never had lesions on my face. Maybe this has helped! It's great to find all these things that have helpful ingredients that we use every day!! thanks for all your research, Bubba! Where would we be without you! Me |

| Thanks JCNME! After I read your post I went to the drugstore and got the Dove self-tanner -- and a conditioner with citric acid. Now I'm leaving some on after I wash my hair -- and adding some lemon juice to boot. Also, your post made me look at some skin products I used to use before Morgellons -- but stopped using in place of stronger stuff. Noticed all of them contain citric acid -- so they're back in my routine. Thanks again! |

| Hi everybody - thanks for being so kind about my ramblings! I've also purchased another thing from good ole Walmart that I love. It's a tiny spray bottle that holds about 1/4 Cup. It is found in the travel-size section of the toiletries (maybe $1.00 or less). I mix up some Eco-Vie for it almost every day. It has a really fine spray that's great for spraying in small places - like up the nose (oooh gross!) I take it with me in case I need to spray something while I'm out & about! Of course, I'm discreet about spraying --- we all know how LOVELY the Eco-Vie smells!!! Stay healthy! JCnMe |

| I am cracking up laughing over here at 5 am. Everytime I get to a red light, I whip out the spray bottle of vinegar, eucalyptus and menthol. I plan on putting Eco_vie in it, but I am always spraying something and i know that everyone thinks I have cracked up. I picked up my boys fromschool for 2 weeks with black bags on the seats and spray bottles everywhere. I don't have tinted windows. Laughing is such good medicine. I had printed out her list and carry it every time I go to the store. I own most of the products since I couldn't stop buying products when this first occurred. Thanks for the giggles..
