I thought some might like to see this list. I used mannose in the form of aloe vera juice daily for about 3 months. I also took capsaicin daily and Curcumin daily. Please look at the article I posted the other day about ACE pigments and parasitic like conditons.

Great post.

Was using aloe vera capsules awhile ago and thought they may have helped. Will pick that up and try again. The connection with mannose would have never occurred to me.

Here's some more foods containing Mannose, note the capsaicin. I bought super hot capsaicn powder from the health food store and made my own capsules that I took daily. I also ordered capsaicin oil and made lotion from it. The oil is flat dangerous stuff to handle. I also took kelp daily.
Mannose is one of the easier essential sugars to obtain in our diets. One of the main sources is the Aloe Vera Gel, which contains acemannan, a Mannose polysaccharide.
Other food sources that Mannose can be found are Red or Black Currants, Gooseberries, Green Beans, Capsaicin (Cayenne Pepper), Cabbage, Eggplant, Tomatoes, Turnips, ****take Mushrooms and Kelp . Another good source is ground Fenugreek as it contains a high amount of Galactomannan (as does Carob Gum and Guar Gum), a polysaccharide of Mannose and Galactose.
