Well, GOOD> I have been trying to take some sugar with my medicines, might be helping. A square of 80 percent cocoa choclate has about a tsp of sugar I think. I think one tsp. = 5 grams about 5 grams of sugar in a square, if it needs to be fruit or something else please let me know, (LC).
