| I think the panic attacks are part of what parasites in general can do to the body, especially those which lodge in the organs (morgellons I feel likes to dam up the moisture in areas to survive and reproduce more, so may be blocking blood and lymph in some areas of the body, including liver, heart and kidneys). Here's an interesting post from one person's experience with this problem: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=556186 According to the TCM master where I live anxiety definitely comes from the organs, not from the brain. Most anxiety is result of lowered kidney function (in TCM kidney/adrenal are treated as one). If severely frightened fear will damage the kidneys. This may have an effect over years. Then if one becomes fearful of the morgellons parasites this will only add to kidney damage. This is why it is so important to develop ways to calm oneself--hard to do when there are so many bizarre symptoms and critters found in the environment. Still, one has to try to do this. Drugs may also damage the kidney function over time. Also genetics may play a role, as some do not inherit a stong jing (constitution). Anyway, he says that the kidney must be treated to help anxiety. First he feels detoxifying the kidneys is important for which he uses herbs. He then uses tonic herbs which treat the kidney and heart (shen) to create balance between the two in the body. Thus the heart becomes more stable and shen is no longer disturbed. Though from trying these herbs, it takes some time for this to happen, and this is why having a good positive mental outlook as well helps to heal more quickly. best, tcm

| Reason I asked the question is because I have been getting palps more frequently this year and they last a long time (6 hours). After menopause, it's common, but this is not my case, since I know my body. I've also had anxiety. What I do..... Is calmly sit down, focus and take a loooooooonnnnnng inhaling breath, hold it a bit and let out verrrrry slooooowly. This stops the palps. Kritts |

| Yeah, Kritters, I had palpations at the beginning too. My herbalist treated me with the tcm patent formula which treats parasites and heart symptoms. Now I do not have this problem. Still use the formula when I feel anxiety in my stomach as I know then it is the morgs doing a dance down there. best, tcm

| Kritts She describes it as her heart actually hurting and unable to breath. Have you had more since we spoke about it the other day? Thanks TCM, I ll get her to read your post. carla xxxx |

| Yeah, Carla, there is some pain in the heart region I noticed with this. May be somewhat damaging to the organs to have morgellons. If she can find a good TCM practitioner/acupuncturist in UK there are herbal formulas which may help this problem big time. best, tcm

| Yes, Carls... The day I told you I had it really strong. I couldn't move off the chair without major effort. Drained every ounce. Then JUST YESTERDAY (how timely is this post?) I started feeling the palps start and I just sat back as I said and calmly focused and took a deeeep breath (well you know the rest) I was astonished that it worked immediately. I'll try it next time to be sure it wasn't a freak event. I tried to figure out what caused it, but it never starts in the same situation. I do know that it's extraordinary. TCM, what is the patent formula and do you think it has worked at all on your parasite? Kritts |

| Do not forget deep breathing exercises and soothing music. I use these tools to snap me out of these episodes when upset. Comedy too, if can find something funny, and laugh helps TONS. I know this sounds super dumb, but it IS my secret. Get yourself decaffinated earl grey tea, or sleepytime tea if no ragweed alleriges, I personally love these. For energy, celestial seasonings antioxidant green tea super tasty. Vitamins help me too. Airbourne Health Supplement has alot oF what i need, in a fizzy orange tab. taking these I feel better for some reason. 1-2 tabs a day might help. Here is link for breathing and meditation exercises: http://www.meditationworkshop.org/meditation_exercises. I know all of this sounds super stuipid, but can sometimes can snap a persson out of this bad phase. If chest pain, breathing problems are serious, of course calling 911 or consulting a doctor a MUST. I will say mental exercises or distracting onesself GO a long way to help in many cases, (LC). |
