Default more comfy bedtime

you know those inflatable matresses? well those are great and plastic, so less critter friendly. just keep cats away i lost three matresses to cats. be mindful of curtains hanging above sleep area, if you must have curtains they should be silk jaquard the polyester silk just dandy. in the united states family dollar store carries the sheets usually (not so much in winter so if see them snatch them up. i got a lovely set and a comforter silky, both sides. there are black and lepoard print, so i look like swanky sheik. . if ayone in uk/other countries knows of link or place to buy this stuff cheaply there please share. now be warned, you will sweat with the poly, but good smothers them, and will wake up stinky but die off smell is good. sweating helps purge toxins too. . mylon sleeping bags can be comforter optio too unzipped, they hate nylon more difficult to weave into. for laundry, may try lemon ammonia OR borax, or see bubbas treatment steps for laundry tips. if want to put inflatable matress on bed make sure no sharp things underneath, lay plastic or something under to protect if this is the case. they DO carry inflatable furniture too. also plastic furniture covers or simple plastic might help. one person said as well as the many things we use, she sprayed cedar oil on bedding, it helped her have more peace. please see my post regarding cedar, i found a company carries top notch cedar stuff for pets, people, home yard decontamination. now i have not tried their stuff but supposed to block pheremones, which we know is why disease makes us a magnet for insects. the fibers secrete them. anyway, hope this helps, (LC).
