| After reading the washing & environmental cleaning recommendations from the linked site, I think that I am doomed! How does one keep up with that much soaking/washing, cleaning, etc. for a whole household full of people. Not to mention the fact that I am still going to work everyday, most of my clothes need to be dry cleaned - I don't think I can afford to clean them every single time I wear them - I've been running them through the dryer, but now wondering if that is enough. Does dry cleaning even work to kill them? Also, I guess I'll have to go over to my office some night & give it a big shake down with the Eco-Vie Sure wish I wasn't chief taxi, cook, bottlewasher, homework assistant....so I could get all this parasite cleansing done- YIKES!!!! I'm overwhelmed - no wonder no one ever seems to get over this thing!!! OK - sorry for the tirade - I'm going to try to get back to a good mood again!! JCnMe |

| Bubba - Thanks, once again, for the encouragement!!! It does seem overwhelming. I've been washing all bedding & all my clothes every day, but in the regular way, & barely keeping up - sigh! I'll load up on more Eco-vie & start over, since I still feel about the same (maybe a little worse )I'll try your music idea - great idea! & just keep plugging 1 "bite" at a time! Thanks for all you do to help us all!!! |

| I hate to confuse anyone here but i cleaned like a maniac for a year and just wore myself out. When I started cleaning like a normal person nothing changed. I do not wear anything more than one time though and also keep all clothes in plastic bags. Getting rid of the carpet helped my feet not feel crawlie. I hardly clean anymore and have steadily improved anyway over the years so it may not really be as important as you think. Also we may have different parasites or problems so not everyone is going to eperience the same results with cleaning but I do say if something feels terribly infested even after you clean then throw it out. Kisses, Frisk

| I think it`s important to clean well for the first few weeks if you follow the tratment steps.I am always barefoot around the house and it`s when i haven`t mopped I get bitten on foot ..Also if I have not cleaned Living room the kids and any guest itch more. I think I went slack on housework due to xmas hangovers and have been reinfected |

| Gosh. I remember years ago when my kids would come home from school with a letter that there was an outbreak of head lice in their classroom (I would challenge any parent, unless they homeschooled to never have had their kids have lice). Of course you feel guilty, dirty, etc. and the cleaning can drive you bana-cas (I don't know if a real word, I made it up (Carla now I gave you a new word!lol)). Anyways, to just throughly clean the house, laundry, everyone in the family's hair was like a game against time thinking the sooner the better and the being aware of potential areas in the weeks to come. At least it seems with morgellons that they are a little more particular as to who and where they decide to move into. Heck - maybe the sufferers of this disease have a VACANCY sign on them and those who don't get it have a NO VACANCY SIGN? The bottom line is that you have to do the best you can do. Make a list. If you don't get it all done in one day - take a bit at a time. As Bubba had said here, "don't try to eat the elephant in one bite. Take a bite at a time and pretty soon you will be done". Do your bathroom one day. When you have the energy, do your bedroom. Play music to make it feel like you are at a fitness club - and feel a true sense of accomplishment when you are done! Once you've done a thorough cleaning of each room, just try to do the basics to keep it up - perhaps being more thorough on your bedroom and bathroom. Remember, that even if it doesn't look like Mr. Clean was there, every little bit helps!!!! |

| My advise would be to keep up the extra cleaning if you really feel its helping but dont wear yourself down like I did. I actually have a life now and am so thankful I realized all that extra cleaning really wasnt doing much, some other people have reported the same thing so all our experiences are not all alike. Its important as well to relax and rest.Kisses, Frisk

| Thank you all so much for your wonderful words!!! I'm trying to take it one day at a time & not obsess over it. I've been working on it since May, though, & get overwhelmed at times - But I WILL NOT let it overtake the happy-go-lucky spirit I was blessed with!! Love & prayers to all of you!!! Me ![]() |

| well, i have spent so much of my time taking care of myself, i clean sometimes, the rest i will need a bulldozer for. i did get a dyson animal vacuum, and its really cool! expensive yes, but cool. i think what going to do eventually have friend, cyndi clean for me pay her some. also, i posted about sulphur. will get more sent im going to b home.i believe this stuff is alive but will only have one shot when do it, so will be quite thourough and use alot. i plan on using charcoal disk to ignite. if i ever get to it will post procedures and results, precautions. and when do house has to be vacant for one to two days, sealed. at the very least, it will kill insects mold fungus bacteria, any insects so will be alot better.so when i have to wipe air things out, will have less work to do. i hope lol. however, there is a basis on my theory. they do have sulphur bs in uk for greenhouses. i do not believe you can get in us anymore. but supposed to kill anything in a greenhouse even plants so plants have to be removed. |
