i have a burn on my chest, it hurts

I HAVE NOT BEEN OUTSIDE BEFORE TODAY HAVE RED MARKS ON BODY LIKE VERY EXTREME SUNBURN.ALL AROUND NECK CHEST INSIDE LEGS UNDER ARMS. COULD THIS BE MY DUMB BUTT AND THE CAMPHOR SPIRIT? FEELS LIKE IT TOO. OUCHIE PLEASE HELP!

You may have a chemical burn from the camphor. Stop using it and apply ice packs (frozen peas make a great ice pack). Do you have blisters?

Do you have hives or other signs of an allergy? If so, you definitely need to see a doc. Do you have some type of antihistamine that you are able to take without a reaction?

Make sure to get the camphor off of your skin. This might be difficult with the pain that you are experiencing. Try some very mild soap like ivory liquid soap and luke-warm water to tolerance. Do not use a washrag, gently wash yourself with only your bare hands. There are lots of over the counter burn products...a doc can help direct you what to use.

well, almost went to doc, but struggled through becuase i dont wan' t dop type ginorance. so decided to go to walgreens pharmacy asked what would help and not make worse. they sugessted aloe vera gel. it took the campfire burn out , did that until could do treatment baths. slept one whole night on and off in my jacuzzibath tub. glad thing designed so i don;t drown. also did latic acid cream, and have found this stuff a lotion for pedicures which smells like mango to moisterize it does a good job. finally felt relief when did oxy palmolive soap and selsum blue shower. i felt so relieved like i was going to float away because it was horrible pain. yes recommend camphor only for small lesions.don't be a dope like me. thanks, bubba for replying.

LC did you try the aloe vera gel? Aloe is very good for rashes, sun burns skin infections. Aloe is been used for decades for its soothing and healing properties. Did it help any?

Aloe veras the way to go!! Better to use a fresh plant if you have one, I always have a few aloe vera plants just for medicinal purposes. Apply it several times a day and it will prevent skin blistering and peeling Frisk

Ive always been into health and try eating healthy but Im not 100 percent. i l;ove my morning coffee!! and I do take an antidepressant so I can sleep at night , it also reduces the cralwing quite a bit.
I see alot of people taking anti biotics for morgellons and that just doesnt feel like the right thing to do as it creates yeast in the body but for something serious like a kidney infection I will take them in a heartbeat.
We all do what feels right and in the beggining of this nifgtmare I totally abused pesticides trying to get rid of it. Now I feel like I should really try to undo the damage with going about it more naturally and it feels like its working but its a very slow proccess. How come my faces dont work when I click on them? friski your honesty and humbleness is so great. We all have done things that we regret - mine would be the drugs I did when I was a hippie. But you can't cry over spilled milk - live and learn - become wise from your mistakes and teach others.

Sometimes those little faces don't work for me, but most of the time they do so keep trying or tell Franky or Bubba and they will help you.

Me too with the drugs in my youth. They were funtimes though so no regrets there! Im just happy I didnt do permanant damage!( at least as far as I know!)
My latest regret was the chocolate I ate at xmas, 2 boxes!!
Ive been very strict with my anticandida diet in the last few years so I guess I was bound to relapse at some point! i think if your good like 95 oercent of the time thats good enough! We cant all be angels!! (Smiles)Frisk

yes i did. it did indeed help, to take the nuclear furnace feel out enough to take the treatment baths. i did the wise thing and asked the pahrmacist as i did not need yet another medical bill.was five days of hell, but i made it.(barely). i am all better and cleared up long since thanks, franky i have attached pic of how bad it was (actually this was slightly improved, was worse.
