At first I wanted to somehow charge for this like all those cons and scam artists out there taking advantage of us.
But I couldnt get past the fact that charging for health care is simply wrong.

It's so simple, it's almost laughable - keep any skin symptoms (papules, sores, etc.) wet with Castor Oil. Done. Breaks in the site/skin allows the oil to soak in and speeds healing. Just keep the oil on the sites as close to 24/7 as you can. Perfection is not necessary. Your best will do fine.
However you do this is up to you. If you find a particularly handy method of keeping the oil on say at work perhaps, please share it. I just put caster oil on my sores whenever they started looking less than wet. I no longer had any thing to do (work or go out) so 100% attention made this quite simple for me.
It worked for me. Hope it works for you. If it doesn't, at least some con artist isn't feasting on you.

Verbal, Do you know for certain that what you were dealing with was morgellons? Were fibers in the skin, observed under microscope, present?

Yeah. Fibers were confirmed under a microscope numerous times by an MD.
Plus, I saw them on a daily basis under my own microscope (gotta love those scotch tape samples!)
