what happens a positve and a negative collide? they cancel eachother out. pretty obvious huh? plain as the nose on your face, but hard to see your own nose. i did something pretty dumb last few days. so obvious i cannot believe i did it. i was wondering why i was hurting and like big dufus figured it out : if take probiotic too close to an antibiotic, YOU HAVE NOTHING> they have to be taken some time apart or they neutralize eachother. hope you are haveing a good day! I think that when the dr gave me antibiotic, he did say not to take at the same time as any other supplements. Makes a lot of sense now as didn't really think about why he said that. I am sort of annoyed tho as I had gotten rid of my thrush on my tongue and now because of the antibiotics I think it is back. So I am going to do a major carckdown on my diet again. Argh!

On the topic of probiotics, I bought this weekend, a batch of Dannon Activia in the yogurt aisle of the supermarket. This has the L. Cassei bacteria supposed to be very good for the immune system. I haven't tesed over substantial period. However, could swear I noticed something positive shortly after consuming several times.

good, i am glad you like it evdown. if you go to gnc.com, look up strawberry chewable acidophilus, it is good too. it is made by american health and has one billion live organisms guaranteed. it is some good stuff. yeah, when on iv antibiotics and my digestive track would get out of whack i would eat aboutb 4 of the dannon activa yogurts, then could maybye the next day thereafter eat just one. i am glad you enjoyed the yogurt.
