i have questions regarding appetite, probems urinating. constpation(infection)

hi, yeah i am posting with a question for one of the members. i am not qualified to do much about the problem, (just average joe here) . what do you do regarding a lack of appetite and also regarding bladder infection, etc? the only thing now might help for urinating is an old over the counter med called cystex. okay, i need to know suggestions for constipation too. all i know of is prune juice or stewed prunes. i have rad flaxseed is good, and that cumin a digestive aid. iwould like input. thanks, (LC). p.s. waiting on more acidohilus, my stomach was on fire ate four activa yogurts to put good bacteria this am i am doing better.

According to my book, "Alternative Home Remedies"....

1. double intake of fiber. 5 servings of fruit and veggies, 3 whole grain foods, 1 of beans
2.Water: hot water stimulates peristalsis. Fiber absorbs water making it easier to push
through the digestive tract.
3.Citrus peel: helps move stagnant Chi You can put peel in the hot water. or squeeze
lemon into warm/hot water and drink first thing in morning.
4. healthy oils: olive, canola (monosaturated)

I would make a salad and use apple cider vinegar/olive oil for dressing. My 2 cents.

Since you are in contact with Accudoc ask for suggestions for spleen teapills which could help digestion and improve appetite. I know of one herb used to improve appetite in TCM but it is usually put into formulas not given alone.

Oh, yes, an herbal I have used to help kidney cleanse (it has chanca piedra, break stone) is Raintree Nutrition KDY-CL (liquid version). Don't know if it will help bladder infections, but does seem to push out my parasites through the urine (some of which are very small). Also d-mannose is a nutritional used by some alternative doctors for bladder infections. Then the old standard cranberry juice, no sugar added though.

Western botanicals has a formula for kidney/bladder (no personal experience). Called kidney/bladder cleanse. May be used with urinary tract infections. There may be other Western formulas out there

Google "dr. natura colonix". I've never been so satisfied by a product (except maybe castor oil )
Lots of cranberry juice to help peeing.
Appetite should return on it's own after this.

by the way, those are the symptoms i too am battling currently. colonix works great - but im having an unexplained block against sticking to using it... grrrr...
