| Hi everyone! Hope everyone is haveing a good day ( : I just wanted to share what I have been doing to try and get rid of this thing. : 2 times a day I do the vitamin c-sea salt thing, I take diamateous earth mixed with a green formula from the health food store (find one with no sugar), I take cinnamon, licorice root, tumeric, cayenne, garlic gelcaps, multi, msm, probiotic, chorella, selenium,st johns wort and echinacia,enzymes-was taking more but didn't want to overdue a good thing-once a day. I have been making a smoothie everday with either blue berries or strawberries, filtered water, flax seed,(pumpkin seed, coconut) from the whole foods,a little plain yogurt(can omit if need too),stevia, lemom juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger. I also found this great detox tea called yogi detox tea and use once a day-follow the instructions for that-mix in apple cider vinager also-can find it in target or whole foods. I know we have to limit our grains also-but in whole foods I found organic brown rice tortillas and organic type bread-no sugar. Every other bread that I have looked at has sugar so I stay away from those. I even eat brussel sprouts-they do not taste as bad as I remember and share them with my dog! Anything that I can-I put spices on. I also have aqcuired a taste for hot foods. Little india is a microwavable dish that is sold in the exotic food isle and is pretty spicy/hot-I buy this at target. I try to always have a bottle of ginger tea or green tea that I have made with a tea bag and sip on all day. Also I strongly believe that exercise is major important in fighting this thing. I started doing low impact aerobics and just after 3 days I can already tell a difference-no more new lesions-the old ones are almost healed except for red marks, no creepy crawlies,I only feel biting every once in a while and haven't felt that creppy wiggling feeling for several days and feel more energetic. I also do the soaks everynight and showers every morning with the products reccomended. I think that exercise and eating as many spices as possible throughout the day are a big plus. Anyhow that is whats working for me. I hope this helps to add to someones regimin. LOL ( : |

| Linda & Krits, I love your senses of humor! It always makes me feel better when I see or get funny messages! I think that we are quite a bunch-maybe it's our sense of humor that the morgs find so attractive! Here's a Dr joke from readers digest I thought might be enjoyed( The doctors office was crowded as usual, but the doctor was moving at his usual snail's pace. After waiting two hours, an old man slowly stood up and started walking toward the door. "Where are you going?" the receptionist called out. "Well," he said, "I figured I'd go home and die a natural death". One more-The post office came out with something called the Forever Stamp. It's 41 cents, and your mail takes forever. Hope you are haveing a good night. LOL Lizette ( : |

| As frustrated as I have been with my doctor..........and as a former postal, boy can I get a laugh out of both. But, gesh, let it be me that didn't get the mail sorted by the time the postmonster got in and ohhhhh buddy!!!!! I have had my regime and still do, but when i see someone else write it out, it looks soooo complex!!!! Linda
