 Citric Acid- A really cheap source.... Just wanted to mention, I went into a small South Asian (Indian) grocery store and found big packages of pure citric acid for about $ 1.65 a pouch. A lot cheaper than some of the supplements out there. Seems to work very well internally.  Now this is pure, and not a caplet., so I will warn you to only try a little and have a sweet drink nearby to offset the taste. That is if you are a sadist like me and want to it raw. I am sure you can add to something and offset the taste substanitally. Also browse around these places... They have all of the helpful herbs: turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, etc... very inexpensive.  |
