Has anyone been on adderall when symptoms first started?

when our first symptoms start they are chronic fatigue and a lethargic thinking process that is misdiagnosed by drs and therefore assumed to be add or some type of sleep disorder,hence the tendacy to prescribe add medicine that is amphetamine salts (speed),meth,dope.It is a little later that full blown M sets in and is recognizable.No hope without dope.
