Default we need a spread sheet that shows what works

I get very confused trying to figure out what works. I understand things are different for different people. but everyone is saying do this buy this stuff I never or product never heard of , where do you buy it what does it do. We need too get more organized so new people can understand if we had a spread sheet showing this does that and has helped me for x amount of time. just a thought

Default great idea...

I know that I am slowly building up a list of what you are describing...
I know a few Others here that are as well. I have limited access to computers so It is a slow process for me... I will probably post what has worked for me on my profile here... I will pm you a copy asap...(be patient...no pun intended)
It helps (i think) to have a place where you have listed your symtoms and protocols that you have tried as well....
Xiblanque
the forum here is a great place though a bit hard to navigate.
It is hard to search for protocols one is unaware of....

I had inquired of the same thing.

What if we comprised a list of things used broken down by method (injested, applied, treatments, etc.) and then poll to rate them on a 1 to 10 scale of non-beneficial and most beneficial. Perhaps, we could narrow down what works best.

Default Sugestion

What about a list of 50 to 100 items most commonly used.
List it as a poll with two bars of differant colors.
Each member(must be a site member) could click helped or did not help.

The bar would grow as more people submited answers.
You would have to block mutiple attempts by members.
I would suggest having morgellons for more then 6mo would also be requierd but no way to control that.

This would be easy to understand for those that have brain fog

The list Carla manages in the treatment steps section is pretty good:

Jo, thanks for that. I missed reading that post.

I add Washing Soda to the Borax. The washing soda will remove the sooty looking stuff. I have also bathed in the washing soda and borax together with great success. I soak in it (20 min. minimum) and then scrub with my reg. soap. After bathing I shower to make sure there is no residue. I do not bathe in it daily, but, try to at least once a month or when my skin starts to have a dull appearance.

Default Morgellons Theories and Speculations.

HI ALL,
Yes, thanks Carla for your list of products, nearly all of which I use continuously. I also agree with the comments of the other friends here, we do get lost trying so many supplements, products for bath/shower and cleaning. I have used Samento and Colloidal silver and Oxygen based products etc, etc, etc but try and alternate with other products, especially as these are so expensive. Does anyone feel these really do any good? It is all trial and error and we are all different I know. But to learn how we all are helped or not would be a great to hear about. Sometimes a new cream or lotion might be found and discussed. For example, I have found a small tin of 'Zambuk' £3.80 rather expensive for the size - but seems effective in rubbing out the particles, and fibres on face and neck especially,-
when it is rubbed in strongly. It has a thick consistency and traps and draws out. Just one little observation. Hope it continues to be a winner.

There always seems to be another hurdle to get over - justwhen you think things are improving in one direction - something else seems to surface. I havent had bad pricking sensations for a while in the day, then all of a sudden for the last week they have reappeared especially on my hands, even with hand gel!! (supposed to be a good one with alcohol). What have I done wrong, what have I omitted to take I wish I could determine. One can never relax and get complacent. Therefore, to get advice on what is good and what is rubbish and what not to spend money would be most helpful.

Love to all

Cayly

As a new guy = this would be so beneficial. I am still so caught up in so many different things which i may/may not try. Are too expensive, sound too dodgy to do etc i find myself burying my head in the sand and not actually doin anything!
