Monsanto has been petitioning to have their Frankenfoods declared organic. If they do this no one will know what is truly natural and what is not. This is a real danger to our food supply and to people in general. I honestly believe that Monsanto and other greedy companies have caused this. I want to know who has told the doctors that they must diagnose everyone who has this disease with delusional parasitosis. My doctor even said that my sores were self-inflicted. I asked him if the CDC informed doctors that this was the case. Monsanto can buy the CDC, lock, stock, and barrel. We can't allow Monsanto to take their germ-ridden food everywhere.

well of course? why not? after all if organic milk producers have
to put that absurd "there is no difference between milk with rBGH and
rGBH free milk" statement on their milk containers...as demanded by Monsanto..
[rGBH is their baby..umm..cash cow..]
and the "close call" just last year of H.R. 875...[didn't pass..but Monsanto
never gives up..they will try again.]
And if you fail to muddy the waters by
putting ALL agriculture under the "industrial safety rules" of H.R. 875..
...well...manipulating data and buying off politicians to force a law
that would state that "gmo food is not substantially different than
"organic"..therefore gmo is same as what the organic growers produce.
...muddy the waters again..just like the rGBH milk.
Monsanto and others have claimed for years that genetic manipulation
by gene splattering is not any "different" than traditional plant cross breeding.
[I don't remember Gregor Mendel using insect/bacteria and fungal dna in
his pea experiments...but maybe
those records were lost..it was a long time ago..]

quick ref about H.R. 875////

Congressional Bill HR 875 was introduced by Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro,
whose husband Stanley Greenburg works for Monsanto.

The bill is essentially a giant gift package for Monsanto, mandating the
criminalization of seed banking, prison terms and confiscatory fines for
small farmers and 24 hour GPS tracking of their animals, and of "industrial"
standards to independent farms.

The corporations want nothing less than full control of the land, the end of
normal animals so they can substitute patented genetically engineered ones,
and the end of normal seeds and thus of seed banking by farmers or individuals.

And now Monsanto wants its own employee, Michael Taylor (the man who forced
genetically engineered rBGH on the country when the Clintons placed him over
"food safety" in the 90’s) back in government, this time to act with massive
police power as a "food safety tsar". HR 875 would give him immense power over
what is done on every single farm in the country and massive police state power to wield over farmers.

I suggest that everyone stop eating at fast food chains and try to eat organic as much as possible. Read the labels on the food you buy! If you can't pronounce the ingredients or know what they are, put it back on the shelf! Go simple. The less processed the food is, the better. Preservatives are poison! The "Morgellons" feeds on preservatives, additives, anything "M" doesn't recognize as natural is food for the "M".

Jonsi, I dont think you saw part of what Belle said.. the "organic" is/will be still GMO.

Now the weird thing about this,... I'm pretty sure that already is the case! That is one of the reasons I have such a hard time finding good food... it is all GMO.

The post about the criminalization is outrageous. Crops cross pollinate and there is only so much a farmer can do.. Monsanto should go after the wind, or The Creator himself, because that is just how it happens. (Maybe they already DID go after the bees and other cross pollinators with CCD. jk! )

We need to call the politician listed above and all of our other politicians every day and let them know we will not stand for this. Then we need to let all of the grocery store owners and chains know we will only buy the food that is labled as being non-GMO. It can be done. It has worked for other things in the past. We just have to do it and keep doing it. It will work eventually

Frickin A, I did miss that part about GMO's claiming they are organic. Of course they can claim this, the pesticides and fertilizers are already built into the seed.

Other countries have to label their foods that contain GMO's. The USA doesn't.

one will have to put away any naive notions that "one will be able to use
non gmo seed..or use "native plants" for seed.

Watched "the world according to Monsanto"..horrified to learn [as were the
Mexicans, no doubt] that their "heirloom" plants..deep in Mexico..far..far away
from the contaminated USA..are being corrupted with GMO corn.

Seems that the heavily subsidized USA corn CANNOT be barred at the border
due to GATT/NAFTA law. Heavily subsidized
USA 'industrial corn" sells for about 1/4 of what the
native Mexicon corn costs. Folks buy the cheap, contaminated corn. Some of
it "escapes" from bags..some of it is no doubt planted. It spreads..pollinates
the "native corn" next door. Etc..etc.. Mexico's ancient varieties of corn will
all fall to the GMO monstrosity...despite their attempts to stop GMO corn
in their own country.

....one begins to comprehend that the "seed vault" that the elites built up in
far north Norway..was perhaps not a hedge against "nuclear war"..but against
"GMO conquest and disaster". What will be the price of clean seed..when all
other seeds are known to be toxic?

Meanwhile..Monsanto just keeps buying up seed companies. Between 1995 and
2005, Monsatan bought FIFTY seed companies. I read that as recently
as three years ago they bought up the largest seed producer in north america;
which was heavily into selling to organic farmers. [foolish speculation about Monsanto going into the organic business..no..fools..they are ELIMINATING the
competition.]

They that control the seed..control the food supply..and so few seem to notice..or care?

This is a dark ride.
