Default Agrobacterium as a Suspected CAUSE - EPA documents have been recently updated!!!

This thread tells all - the story is all there...Please read this first:

Monsanto plans to unleash its latest Frankenfood experiment on the American and Canad

Now, you will see in Brad Badner/Mon$hito's 2003 article he mentions three strains of agrobacterium found in patients.

I'm guessing 2 are the GM strains listed on the EPA website and 1 is the natural strain.

Here is an email I was forwarded that's been going around the activism circles. There are a LOT of us trying to make some noise, big time, right now - this email was sent to that worthless cdc email 11/24/09...Look @ the date the EPA's Agrobacterium K84 Fact Sheet is updated - the next day 11/25/09.

This is proof to me (besides the Butterflies and the lies and the cover up). This email sent to the CDC 11/24/09, EPA Agrobac Fact Sheet updated next day 11/25/09:

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Sent: Tuesday, November 24, 2009 9:59 AM
To: morgellonssyndrome@cdc.gov
Subject: CDC = Centers for Disease Cover-Up

I have read of citizens begging you for assistance with Morgellon’s Disease since 2001.

Your response has been nothing but SPIN.

I suggest you help Kaiser Permanente speed up their ‘study’ by enlisting the expertise of those who have already done your jobs for you.

You can locate many who are more helpful than you, the AMA and Kaiser are being paid to be via Charles E. Holman Foundation and Home - Morgellons Research Foundation .

If you have any questions, I’m sure those folks would bring you up to speed.

Research implicates genetically modified agrobacterium that has been and continues to be used in various pesticides since 1979.

I’m a layman, I figured it out.

I suspect that you are delaying the admission of this information to limit your liability to victims and physicians for your previous leadership role in the foolish and cruel misdiagnosis of DOP (Delusions of Parasitosis).

I also suspect that your agency is corrupt, delaying this admission because the treatment of symptoms of natural and GM (genetically modified) agrobacterium infections are a zillion dollar industry for Health Care and Big Pharma.

Bring an end to victims’ torture and misdiagnoses and perhaps we won’t be so angry about your disgraceful performance.

Act now and call for the AMA to educate physicians - dermatologists, in particular. Retrain physicians, versus allowing their continuing education classes to be bought and paid for by Big Pharma.

The EPA needs to ban and outlaw usage of all strains of agrobacterium (especially in crop pesticides) and find a way to undo the damage to our soil and plants.

You, the AMA, the EPA and ignorant physicians are responsible for victim’s suicides, pain and suffering, misdiagnoses of DOP, income lost, mental anguish, daily transmission of Morgellon’s Disease to new victims, trillions paid in Social Security Disability to Morgellon’s Disease victims, mounting future malpractice cases, family/personal strife to thousands and creating doctor-patient conflicts.

Your inaction does not erase the problem. The longer you wait, the angrier victims get.

Right this wrong NOW or I’m going to make sure each of you who failed us will not ever work anywhere other than a drive-through window…

You should be ashamed of yourselves – we definitely are.

- Please send me back the names of all CDC employees involved with Morgellon’s since 2001, taxpayers deserve to know who we are paying for this heinous treatment of Americans. Additionally, my attorney suggested I acquire the names of responsible parties for litigation correspondence.

- I want updated on your progress. Put all victims that have contacted you on an e-mail blast. That can be the first helpful thing you do.

Disgustedly,

Summary
The bacterium Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K84 occurs naturally in many types of soil and near plant roots. As a pesticide active ingredient, it is used in nurseries and greenhouses for controlling the closely related bacterium Agrobacterium tumefaciens, which causes crown gall disease in plants. No adverse effects are expected to humans, other non-target organisms, or the environment when pesticidal products containing Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K84 are applied.
I. Description of the Active Ingredient
Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K84 is found worldwide in many kinds of soil and near plant roots. It controls the bacterium Agrobacterium tumefaciens, which causes crown gall infection in certain plants, by competing directly with A. tumefaciens for food and space. A. radiobacter strain K84 is the overwhelming winner in this competition because it releases a protein that inhibits the growth of A. tumefaciens. Many kinds of bacteria produce such growth-inhibiting proteins, which typically act only against close relatives. [See also information on A. radiobacter strain K1026, which was created by modifying A. radiobacter strain K84.]
II. Use Sites, Target Pests, and Application Methods
o Use Sites: For use on certain plants in greenhouses and nurseries. The active ingredient can be used on certain ornamental plants, as well as certain fruit and nut plants. EPA requires that pesticide products with this active ingredient be applied at least one year before the plants bear edible fruit or nuts, to ensure that the fruits and nuts used as food do not contain pesticide residues.

o Target pest: Agrobacterium tumefaciens, the bacterium that causes crown gall disease.

o Application Methods: Applied by dipping or spraying, as appropriate, to germinating seeds, seedlings, cuttings, and roots and stems.
III. Assessing Risks to Human Health
When laboratory animals were exposed to A. radiobacter strain K84 by feeding or by skin application, no toxic effects were observed. Based on these and other data, the approved pesticidal uses of this bacterium are not expected to cause harmful effects in humans.
IV. Assessing Risks to the Environment
Because Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K84 is used only in nurseries and greenhouses, there should be minimal to no exposure to non-target organisms or to the environment. EPA is not aware of any cases where this bacterium or related bacteria have been associated with harmful effects on birds, fish, insects or other non-target species, despite more than 20 years of pesticidal use.
V. Regulatory Information
A. radiobacter strain K84 was initially registered (licensed for sale) as an active ingredient in 1979. As part of a program to ensure that active ingredients registered before 1984 meet current standards, EPA reviewed information on A. radiobacter strain K84 and approved it for reregistration in 1995. As of January 2000, two pesticide end products contained A. radiobacter strain K84 as the active ingredient.

Summary
Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K1026 is a microbial pesticide that can be used to treat germinating seeds or roots and stems of certain stone fruit (such as cherries and plums), nut trees, and ornamentals to protect them from crown gall disease. Products are approved for use in greenhouses and nurseries. EPA has approved the use of this pesticide until fall 2001 while it waits for additional data to more fully characterize the identity of the microbe. However, based on the available information, the use of the pesticide is not expected to have any adverse effects on human health or the environment.
I. Description of the Active Ingredient
Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K1026, is the result of a simple genetic alteration of a naturally occurring bacterium Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K84 that is widespread in soil and found near plant roots. Except for a small portion of DNA removed from K84, the two strains are essentially identical and have the same characteristics. Removal of this genetic material prevents strain K1026 from transferring a piece of DNA to the bacteria that cause crown gall disease and reduces the likelihood of resistance. A toxic compound produced by both K1026 and K84 controls certain other Agrobacterium species that cause crown gall disease.
II. Use Sites, Target Pests, and Application Methods
o Use sites: Germinating seeds to non-bearing: almond, apricot, cherry, nectarine, peach, plum, prune, walnut, and pecan.

Applications to roots and stems to non-bearing: almond, pecan, apricot, caneberries, cherry, nectarine, peach, plum, prune, walnut, and ornamentals such as euonymus and rose.

o Target pests: Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K1026 is approved for use against the following bacteria that cause crown gall disease: Agrobacterium tumefaciens and Agrobacterium rhizogenes.

o Application methods: The pesticide product containing Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K1026 is mixed with water to form a solution. Germinating seeds, stems and roots, and cuttings are dipped into or otherwise treated with this solution.

III. Assessing Risks to Human Health
Based on review of the available toxicology and pathogenicity data and other information related to Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K1026, EPA finds that this microbe is not likely to produce adverse effects in humans. A very similar organism, Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K84, has been used for approximately twenty years to control crown gall disease without any reports of adverse effects or reactions. Strain K1026 is not intended for use on fruit-bearing (i.e., food) crops. Consequently, it is not likely to pose a dietary risk to humans. While Agrobacterium radiobacter strains K1026 and K84 are not known to cause any infectious diseases in humans, some further confirmatory data are needed. EPA is requiring data on the growth temperature variation to determine whether strain K1026 can grow at human body temperatures and pose a risk to humans.
Top of Page
IV. Assessing Risks to the Environment
The ecological toxicology studies were waived based on the derivation of Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K1026 from strain K84, minimal if non-existent toxicity to non-target species by strain K84, and minimal exposure to non-target organisms. Based upon this evaluation, EPA has determined that Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K1026 is likely to pose only a minimal risk to the environment or non-target organisms. EPA is requiring certain biochemical tests for K1026 and K84 to confirm the relatedness of these two strains.

V. Regulatory Information
Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K1026 was registered (licensed for use) on September 28, 1999 for two years. This registration will automatically expire on September 30, 2001 unless the registrant, Bio-Care, provides EPA with the additional required data on effects on humans and on non-target organisms. Based on these new data, EPA would then decide whether to convert the registration to one without an expiration date. There is one registered product with Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K1026 as the active ingredient.
VI. Producer Information
Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K1026 is produced by the following company:
Bio-Care Technology Pty Limited ("Bio-Care")
RMB 1084 Pacific Highway
Somersby, NSW 2250
AUSTRALIA

I went to the Agbiochem website . I see they use this stuff on Rose Bushes, like some of us have noticed welts after getting stuck by one.

Wouldn't that be something if receiving a dozen roses gave you a disease.
Would explain why mostly women and nurses get it more often. Even Organic Foods.

There is no email contact for Agbiochem, should we callem out ?

I am going to have my 3 rose bushes right outside my bedroom/bathroom window removed this weekend !

FTW

Default We need to revisit that 'testing' thread and Git R Done there...

I don't know what to do, Bee. I need help handling this right, I've been praying for guidance since 01/08. It's not good.

I have the old EPA fact sheets, I'll drag them out later - I'm guessing what they added 11/25/09 is the part where they are looking into health effects. (lemme guess - 8 yrs to report back, if they are as worthless as the CDC's been.)

You see the emails I posted on the other thread? I've known for a while: I was still sick at first. But, I thought it would be smarter to make sure there was a fix/we all have our own variety of fixes, before I came out & dropped the $hitb.

That way, they can't stop us from helping ourselves, no matter what. This is all about Big Pharma/Treatment Money lost forever. It's wrong of them if they're trying to make a new IT to fix IT and just breed that into everything and act like Morgellon's never happened, just like they are trying to do now w/DOP...

Once I saw what I took also was working in KC & her kids, which was also confirmation IT is what I think IT is: time to come here...

I believe w/the documentation out of the mouth of Badner himself, 2003 article - we'd have enough evidence to get pesticides containing agrobacterium stopped.

People vs. EPA, just like the recent Cali lawsuit for the 30K honeybees, you threaten to sue the EPA for alowing usage of IT, they 'say' they'll quit/ban it,- then, we'd go on to fight Chem Trails, Swine Flu Vaccines - there are numerous vectors posted on here - but this in pesticides in easier to prove and easier to sue to protect against usage of.

You'd go against the mfg direct, if there were proof for litigation (testing thread type strains), that's class action or whatever, for money...I'm talking Cali honeybees-type action first, cuz getting as much of IT stopped as possible, is next to me, now that I know People are going to be OK. (we are.)

Yes, babe, read about sporotrichosis (AKA rose picker's disease), I think that might be the natural IT. And look, Bee IT spreads - just one or three rose bushes ain't the problem, think blade of grass to blade of grass/soil and bugs in between....Yeah! (spreads to adjacent living things, through infected soil, even to animals, via fleshy cuts in the other plants, human skin, animals' paw pads/skin). From 1979 on - BOOM, Spread-O-Rama, it's already done, Bee...

Wanna freak yourself out 4 Real? Read about Alan Kerr (sp), Australian nobel peace prize winner for Hay Rite. That was this SAME co...Australia used to be a BIG cattle exporter, is all I'm sayin'.

Badner said in that 2003 article he found 3 strains in patients.

Let's hope there aren't more than 3 strains. 3's enough!

I didn't put this here to worry us. I wanted to make sure I shared this ALL, so we can see the lies and understand what Mon$hito's own employee said IT caused, even before they recruited him.

Bee, I've got a plan, others are making some big noise right now, too. Things are happening...

WE are OK now, that was Priorty #1 - we can just keep taking our own respective fixes once a year until we can get IT stopped/get IT out of the food supply/fix things, like the whole earth. We'll just keep healing ourselves and protect each other from more of IT, until we can get it all fixed...

It's going to BEEE OK - I wouldn't go paving the whole farm

Default Polluter Protection Agency

It's going to have a hard time being the world's biggest news when the media is corrupt and our story never really gets out

The EPA/Polluter Protection Agency changing these 'Fact' Sheets the day after the CDC received this email - that looks VERY Congressional Hearing-ish

The folks trying to keep this hidden are not the sharpest tools in the shed.

They didn't always know how bad IT was, maybe (if that makes ya feel better, they prolly just didn't know what they were doing when they did IT - ?), but yeah, in 2001, they had to know - when other countries had that lab tech warning, IT was piercing gloves.

Then comes Badner...I'm not saying all the pols are in on it, I'd really like to think they're just clueless/busy and if they knew they'd help us (?) - just a few key agency folks/key posts in the med. community and corruption in the media is all it would take...There's a lot of power & money @ stake in treatment (plus, they know people are gonna be honked off).

Sassoon lied that IT wasn't right. That's where we lost the trail of bread crumbs for a bit.

He was writing a publication w/Badner, same year of the emails. It's all there.

Bee - We're OK and we're all getting better, you're all watching out for the newbies. That's primary, that's the part that's gonna BEEEE OK.

I'm sorry, I know IT's awful. When I read about Australia/realized that was the same co. as here, I cried all day...Now, it feels better to have what I say is a REAL logical explanation.

So, let's get rid of IT
