If muscle cramps continue, then the medication could be affecting your spleen. I know this is not how doctors of Western medicine see it, but in traditional Chinese medicine practitioners over thousands of years have observed how the spleen controls the strength of muscles. Muscle weakness or cramps may be caused by a deficiency of spleen function due to either an inherited weak constitution, damage to organs from illness, an aging body or introduced toxins to include medications which have chemicals or which can interrupt the normal functioning of the body. This is why when I looked into the Shoemaker protocol I did not start it. Still I feel we all have to weigh the pros and cons of treatment no matter what kind and then do what we feel is best for ourselves. It is wise that you are only using one dose of this medication and not two, especially as you are noticing some symptoms. One dose may be all your body can tolerate. I hope it works out for you and helps.

My sputum culture results came in today very positive for Canididiasis. Which I had already suspected. I also got the strat???? black mold test today but will not know the results for a week or 2. And my Doc is not changing anything yet, I go back in 3 weeks.
Does anyone else have bruise like skin patches? Like a reddish purple coloring where old legions use to be. These do not look like normal scarring? They are not as pronounced as they use to be but still they are there??? Just curious.

I am ordering a new concentrated liquid probiotic from the health food store and I will let you know if I find it effective. I feel all these medications tilt the body towards imbalance and that it is very hard to build up normal intestinal flora once more.

I believe most of us have spleen deficiency (already discussed in that last post to you) which means the body itself does not balance the dampness properly. This means that all sorts of germs will proliferate inside.

As to the ducks..thats easy..they recognised you as a big chicken eater and thought you may be moving up a level to tackle them. So they thought they would make a move on you.Strange but feathered varieties don't seem to like the male species in humans.
Some great posts on here from marsha,frit etc.Glad to see some have still the energy to research this.The Mold Warrior is an excellent book I bought it some time ago and posted on here recommending people to read it.Very frightening to see the damage it does,its gone through my house like wildfire with fungus everywhere.
Also its everywhere in this small town yet ppl ignore it.Never mind that they are constantly unblocking the drains that are toxic green/have smells coming up the plug holes or that black mold is on the bedroom walls and they can't breathe at night.
Never mind that several porch roofs have collapsed inwards covered in green on the outside.Never mind that the trees are dying with the trunks split in two.Well its only lichen/algae/moss innit? What a mentality the british now have. Ignore everything except the X factor.
Anyone who is having breathing probs or feel that there 'doesn't seem to be enough oxygen in the air' could try Chloroxygen.I got some from iH*** and it has made a tremendous difference.Increases the red blood cells.
