| Katink, Very interesting! I thought long ago the bio pesticides were a huge issue. Was it food ingested treated with such or maybe something less obvious. Wonder how many people live in areas that have no control over what is done around them like me. AKA planned community extensive landscaping and everything that goes with it. I know there are many that is not the case but did they unknowingly use bio pesticides thinking they were less toxic not knowing it could lead to a life changing affliction. None the less whom ever thought it was safe to mass produce multiple types of organisms capable of infecting any human and market not only to crop growers but general consumer as well should be held accountable. Anyone catch the news on increased allergy reports this year? You have to wonder just how many more spores are flying around because of this blunder intentional or not. Cyn

| Hi Kat, That's a great chart to look up possible pesticide toxins in the foods we eat, including the comparisons made between organically grown vs conventionally grown foods. tcm

I would say its a travesty to everyone,,,but at least its out there.... I also wonder why they would fess up to it........after all ,,,like all the other crooked companies,,,plausible deniability is thier cover shield,,to all the basterdly deeds they do........... Someone must have had "other" goods on "em...too.....???....???... Wonder what monsanto,,and syngenta will say about it........ Thanks for this Kat,,,,it sure didnt make the news here......Tiger woods is more important,,here,,,,,blocking the REAL happenings from being aired.......... |

| ...aha...cracks are developing in the Big Ag GMO Machine. "Bayer claimed that there was no possible way to prevent the contamination" ...[but we went ahead and did the field tests anyway...phhhht!] read a Reuters report on these lawsuits back in Feb 2010. Thought to meself.."self..you KNOW that Bayer is gonna' beat the rap on the first successful lawsuit..they'll loose their horde of lawyers and find a loophole...and wriggle free. Now there have been two successful lawsuits vs Bayer that I have read about. The article in Feb claimed there were 500 more pending lawsuits. Todays article says there are 1,000 other lawsuits pending. Bayer is facing a long seige. At 1.5 to 2 million per settlement [so far] times 1,000... ...bad and careless science gonna poke a large hole in the profits side of the ledger. Maybe enough to convince Bayer to stay away from further gene splattering adventures....maybe.. ..and this does set a bit of a precedent...gene tinkerers beware..you can be taken down... one case at a time..the death of a thousand legal cuts.. .
