Silicon based plants and foods

Someone called the rense/mickelson program last night and brought up the subject of silicon (not carbon) based plants.

I did a quick search and came up with a lot of results.

I want to post this before I get timed out, but I think this is very interesting (forgive me if this subject has been brought up before ).

I think I may have been doing a very silly thing... I have been taking silicon to help my hair and nails and I guess it may have been providing a lovely 'dinner' for the fibers. BTW do any of you notice them much worse after eating chocolate ?

There was an X-files that was about people being infected by the spores of a silicon plant.
I have to watch it again because you know the stories they used were actually FBI files.
Hilly ,Any form of sugar makes me worse now .

Hi Ive been taking silica for years, oh dear!must read up on it .spotted dog
