| Hey SD, I was the same and now getting SOME energy back, but have to take daily naps. Up 'til two years ago, I used to work out 7 am, then later in the day hit a tennis ball against the warmup wall for an hour or ride my bike. I was full of energy and couldn't even imagine being lethargic. Boy was I in for a rude awakening. Now I try to get exercise in and realize I'll be tired later in the day. It's really important to force yourself to exercise. Walking or biking. What really helps is jammin' music. Play anything you can that you really love and you know gets you moving. works for me! | I may have mentioned before Spotted Dog that I shuck off alot of fatigue by cleansing my digestive tract. I drunk a single drink of bicarb of soda in water with a spoon full of diatomous earth. It certainly made the ground shake....er not nice what happened shortly after, but the next day forth I'd got 50% more energy. I'm not sure I'm recommending it, but it worked for me. Jo xxx |

| All good ideas! Kritts, I love to dance, and Im not good, but I have heart and need to move! Rude awakening for sure! I found something when I was 16 that kept me sane, running, excersise, and reading up on spiritual and WOMENS matters. So what do I do? Get married to the first good looking guy that asks me! Four kids later, thank God, Im still moving, showing the kids how to have fun and be fit. Bang. It all came crashing down. Slowly, BUT.. I knew something wasnt going to be ok for a long time. Out of breath, muscles hurt. ??? what the f.. Today I went to the beach. I layed in blistering sun for 15 minutes, wiped the sweat and teeterd down to the ocean floor. Hoping people didnt think I was mad and drunk for the wobble! I went in, swam back and forth, breast stroke for maximum coverage of muscle. I LOVE the breast stroke. Dang, it helped my boobs for having four humans! And I love them, the kids not the chest! Nothing to write home about!!! Im trying to make friends here! I LOVE to talk about changing the body. (no I havent written a book) I love nutrition and people and excersise. I love to have fun and help others to find there joy. It stinks being ill. I think its stupid. and Im acting immature. But I want you people to see how it affects me and hopefully you will all be bruttally honest too. I actually felt happy when I read that others like to find nature, like to move the BODY. Man I love to move. thats another story. I cant move like I want to. DANG. stupid stupid illness |

| I know what you mean about knowing something is really wrong. I have never felt so weak and fatigued and this is like year seven from when this first attacked me. I too would like new friends, more energy, less sting and itch and much less fibers goo and crud thank you kindly. I don't have any children but I have a sweet little papillon named Barkley and a wonderful partner who gets the wrong end of my frustration every now and then. So I look forward to hearing from you |
