There is a piece in todays Mail saying that tapes videos etc stored in lofts and cellars are being attacked by an aggressive fungus that is eating them away to nothing..It apppears as a green/white powder initially then grows long hair like filaments!
WHOA.Hold the front page !!!ONLY the tapes and vids are being eaten away-what about us!!
Hey Jo ,wonder if the silly mare at the fungul research place heard about this??Seeing she hadn't heard of the one I was batting on about'if she hasn't heard of this one too makes ya wonder what the hell she is researching!LOL

Thats interesting Pat. Someone posted recently about fungus eating CDs...maybe Kritts? I cant find the post right now.

Maybe I should check the loft and my priceless 1980's Hits 4 and 6 tapes. NAAAA

I'd like to see a shot of the long hair like filaments. That fungal research place is probably testing to see what light yeilds the best mushrooms for Tescos....something really important, like that.

There is ANOTHER piece in Mail today about a strange fungus thats killing trees in 24 hours.Govt are very concerned-ME well I am soooooooooo cut up about these poor trees I really really am.
Talk about fiddling while Rome burns,never mind the people the TREES are dying folks.Please excuse me whilst I rush off and hang myself from one of em before it dies.AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAghh
