| Me again , too!I caught on a few years ago that clothes made in China had little white "pills" that would burst into long white squiggly fibers, even in black velvet coats. So maybe I should change my vote to "yes' in that I do know something is going on with products made in China. Itwl, ~jonsi

Funny you should mention this. I have been droning on about all of the winter coats being made with down of some kind this year. It seems to be a new trend. It was downright unavoidable this year. My husband reassured me that as many times as I've washed and dried it that it could not possibly still be infected with anything if it ever was to begin with. I'm not convinced. Avian worms? Thanks for bringing this up. Margo

Absolument! Hi Margo and thanks for your input! Birds. Dirty, disease infested birds. Think about this, huh? There are absolutely no regulations or health checks in China or checkpoints here when they come in. So, we buy all these feathered pillows and comforters, accent pillows etc. ALL MADE IN CHINA using Chinese diseased birds. We wonder why we have scalp lesions? Facial lesions? Birds and swine are THE major hosts/carriers of disease. Somehow I just don't envision those birds being bathed in bubbles before being plucked clean of their diseased feathers. ![]() Kritts

Don't know how you change it...maybe just click the yes button and see if it changes? Maybe Carls can help. As long as you are including feather pillows from China, even though there is so much more, that's what I need to see. thanks! Kritts

I was having a conversation at work about China in general. The bottom line is we have to do something with the quality of items that are coming from China. We have been cutting to many corners for cheaper products from China and its costing us in many more other ways. It almost seems like every other week there is some new contaminated toy or product coming from China.
