Just thinking out loud...
Jo xxx | Sorry Jo, just saw this (too busy being a clown ;-) Love when you think out loud! Yes, I reckon that would be a great little snack. Keep that thinking cap on, girlfriend.
Also, I just picked up on this from that article:
HHV-6 is relatively new to scientists and is known to cause a common childhood illness, roseola. HHV-6 is known to be present in 90 percent of the adult American population as a result of infection during the first few years of life.
90%...not 1% yes?
Here's a really funny excerpt from my googling roseola and rosacea together:
Is there a connection between roseola in infancy and rosacea in adults?
I know 3 ladies with rosacea and all had roseola as an infant. Just wondering if the two are related at all.

No. Roseola is a common enough childhood viral infection. Most of the human race will get it before they start school, most will get it before they are even 4. It's caused by a virus, and rashes are quite common in viral infections. Rosacea is not caused by the same thing at all. In fact, they don't really know specifically what causes it. There is some thought it is a chronic bacterial infection, some that it is a defect of the blood vessels of the face. It is more common in women than men though. But if the two correlat Rosacea is not caused by the same thing at all. In fact, they don't really know specifically what causes it.
so how the F do they know it's not caused by the same thing???? I can't stand this. granted, this is from a forum or something where someone knowledgeable is supposedly answering, but give me a break!
