Hi all, last week (I think) a member posted an incredible article regarding the immune system and implicating diabetes, allergies, and much much more. I thought I saved the link, but alas.. ....BRAIN FOG!!! .

If someone could help me out here, I'd be eternally grateful

You may be looking for the long but excellent post by baronster. It spoke of the things you mentioned. As I recall they said it was about 5 months of work.

Let me know if this is it. I thought it was very good although tough work to do it all.
