Aniline is an organic compound, the largest market for aniline is preparation of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate or MDI, some 85% of aniline serves this market. MDI is reacted with a polyol in the manufacture of polyurethane. Polyurethanes are widely used in high resiliency flexible foam seating, rigid foam insulation panels, microcellular foam seals and gaskets, durable elastomeric wheels and tires, electrical potting compounds, high performance adhesives and sealants, Spandex fibres, seals, gaskets, carpet underlay, and hard plastic parts. Spandex, when first introduced, revolutionized many areas of the clothing industry. It is one of the most used materials in lingerie. So now we know Spandex contains Aniline. According to the PAN Pesticides Database - Chemical Toxicity Studies on Aquatic Organisms Aniline is Toxic to atleast some species of bryozoa, hydra, sea anemones, algaes, fish, molluscs, nematodes, and others.See? This is how awesome our Morg's brothers and sisters are! Thoughts and results! Steve, thanks so much for contributing again. I so look forward to your website! Hey, what about the use of aniline to fight morgs??? Kritts |

| I awoke this morning with a renewed feeling of confidence, a feeling that I had been trying to regain just the day before, this assured me that I made the right decision. I know that many of you noticed the fact that I had not been spending much time around here lately, I was struggling with something but I just didn't know exactly what it was, until last night when I realized that I had come to an impasse with the bryozoan hypothesis. Those of you who have been here a while may recall my initial stand on this issue when I first began my research, at that time I was focusing on the sponges as the possible origin of morgellons. Then for various reasons I sidestepped and redirected my attention to the bryozoans, knowing at the time that doing so was going to leave several critical factors unresolved. It was these lingering factors that caused me to re-evaluate my position and after doing so I began to realize that I had gotten off track and was going the wrong way. This is apparently what I was struggljng over, I just couldn't see it at the time. So after last night I knew what I had to do, get back on the right track. I am now convinced that my first intuition was the right one and I am officially reverting my stand back to the sponges. After having made this decision everything started to feel right again, the pieces are fitting together better, my mind has cleared and I just know in my gut that I am now headed in the right direction, it's a glorious day. So I have decided that after a couple of days I'm going to ask that this thread be locked so that it can fade away into the black hole of cyberspace. I may or may not begin another thread here to address what I guess will be the Porifera Hypothesis, I'm going to be directing most of my efforts to my website where I will spell out all the details of my rejuvenated efforts. I will however make sure to let everyone know when I publish the new site, it will be called MorgellonsMysteryRevealed.com

| Steve, i am delighted to hear of your renewed investigations, and am holding my breath as you put together the MorgellonsMysteryRevealed.com. If my goal of .." reveal, remove, reverse, restore" thru photos is of any help...i would be honored to contribute to your goal of defining this mystery. Searching the world for the "red stuff" of the lesion is not an easy task, but with Gods help....all things are possible, and all my prayers are with you. Nancy |
