The reason different people have different symptoms is because it depends on how long they have been infested, what type of parasite infested them first, how much infestation they have, how weak is thier immune sysytem, and remember that parasites goe through many stages, usually four. Each stage effects your differently. That is why sometimes it seems as though the symptoms go away for awhile or somewhat dimenish. It is also due to the fact that some parasitical diseases do that very thing.
