Problems in morning when brushing teeth

I was just wondering if this might be a symptom that has gone unnoticed....
Almost every morning when I brush my teeth or use mouthwash, it's like I have too much phlegm that wants to come out, and I start heeving, sometimes dry-heeving and sometimes puking-up my coffee. I cough and cough and cough like something is just at the back of my throat but it won't come out. I used to think it was fluoride-induced, but it has happened in the absence of fluoride.
Do you guys know what I'm talking about? I'm beginning to think it is Morgy-related, but am totally unsure.

I used to have a similar reaction to toothpaste then I started using gel instead of paste and it made all the difference. Try switching to a gel toothpaste and see if it helps ??

I spent many years doing that exact same thing every morning. There is a product called NeilMed Sinus rinse. They sell it at walgreens, it is a salt water rinse and about $15.00 for 100 packets. I use this a couple times a day to clean out the sinus cavities. I have these little things that come out from my gums and throat when ever I eat and this has helped me tremendously. It is amazing what you will see flush out when you use this product or any salt water rinse.
I went to a ear nose throat specialist and this is what he recommended.
