Default first time sick

Two days ago I started with a cough and flu like symptons. now its settled into bronchitis and I realized this is the first time that I have been sick in 3 years since this crap started. I mean Iam spitting up gobs of phlem. I have never had a cold even since I contacted this. sammy

Hi sammy!

I didn't get a cold or the flu either when I was really sick with "M" (4 or 5 years at least). Now I get a cold occasionally.

It sounds like you are getting through the stages of "Morgellons"!

In the white light,
~jonsi

A lot of us seem to have productive coughs right now, phlegm that's sticky and hard to cough up.

I've never seen a list of the stages of morgellon's. Jonsi, what are you referring to? So are you saying morgellon's will work itself out naturally?
And where's does coughing fall in the stages?

Sorry you're feeling bad, Sammy, and hope you're feeling better tomorrow.

I haven't had a cold or the flu since 1993 or 1994.

Why do you suppose that people with M don't get sick? Has this been addressed before? It is interesting!

How about injuries? Has anyone noticed not getting injured as bad as it should have been? For example, today, my finger got sucked into the vacuum cleaner brush and was twisted all sorts of ways. It hurts but the only thing that happened was that my skin puffed up and turned white.... nothing broken. Do you suppose that the M organism is preventing us from getting sick or injured because it's become part of our skin and immune system? Just curious...

Sammy, I hope you feel better soon. Take it easy for a few days and pamper yourself.

When I was taking the anti parrasite pills, my breathing was the first thing to improve after days of coughing up a lot of thick phlegm when I first began the medication. You definitely disturbed some thing.

For myself I injure my skin more easily than any other time in my life. It is cut and torn from the slightest thing.

I get the same Janice and have small cuts and bruises everywhere. The sickness thing made me wonder about what M is doing to our skin, muscles and immune system. It was like my finger was rubber and able to bend and stretch in all directions without breaking. Is it changing the genetic makeup of our bodies?

Ooh, that's creepy, Meagan.

Y'know, with all the congestion we get in our noses, it might be more difficult for airborne pathogens to infect us that way. I was arguing about how healthy I was with a doctor years ago and he said that even though smokers are not as healthy, the nicotene coating the hairs in their nasal passages actually keep them from catching things. Pathogens entering through the nose stick to the nicotene. That doesn't affect anything caught through the mouth, eyes or other mucous membranes; nasal passages only. If that's true, all this sticky mucous we have may keep the pathogens from getting into the blood stream.
