Default is there anyone out there?

Long story short I've been some sort of sick since 04. I never felt the things that were going on with me were normai, so ignoring them was easier than addressing them for real. The past few years it has become so that ignoring them was/is virtually impossible. I have done endless hours of research on health, toxicity. morgellons etc. and recently invested in a little 10x light microscope. I don't know if I'll ever get used to the shock and creepiness to what I find under there. This whole situation can be overwhelming and it's been such a difficult journey for me emotionally, which makes it really lonely when the people around you don't understand. I will tell people about my discoveries and theories, but no one is interested or willing to believe me (idk). I will show them samples under a microscope and usually they look briefly and rationalize it away. I guess i just get desperate feeling for some company in this, for someone to be as concerned and shaken as I am.
I think I have a pretty good handle on a course of treatment, but right now I feel doubtful that I'll ever get a handle over it. I live in the country, with 4 inside dogs, 2 cats, and a 4 year old. We aren't pack rats but there is more stuff than I'd prefer packed in this house. When i really start getting this stuff out of me, I don't know how I'll ever be able to get away from it. I know that brighter days are ahead and I can make this best out of this bizarre situation. I'm just having trouble feeling it right now.
I would like to hear anything from anyone who gets this world I'm living in!

Default good wishes

wishing you all the best. sorry to know you are having a rough time. Many of us here are finding ways to be more well.

We started replacing things with hard surfaces. carpet and vinyl in the old house we bought were replace with nontoxic easy to clean bamboo or hardwood, ceramic tile to ensure gunk won't get trapped and reinfect me as environmental concerns are important. as for my health, I kept eliminating toxic stuff from food, added water and air filters, migrated to organic undyed textiles, migrated away from chemicals that are known mutagens/carcinogens.

Get away from persistent exposures to toxic stuff to lighten toxic load. toxic stuff is totally laced into our lives. It is in most plastics, all cookware and food storage except uncoated glass (visions, vitrelle, pyroceram, flameware are tradenames for those) and enamelware(manufacturers are chantal and le creuset), carpet (traps pesticides from our shoes that later become airborne toxic inhalnats), vinyl, permanent press fabric (emits formaldehyde), flame retardants, body care products. read the MSDS chemical info for everything you use or expose your body to including dental materials, orthopedic implants....

Our immune systems are enormously powerful. but we have to protect it from toxic stuff to allow it to work well.

Thanks for the tips! I stopped using commericals cleaners and products around a year ago. I have a limited income so replacing the bigger items is a process. Do you have any tips on how to keep my cotton sheets and clothes clean for now? I feel like I wash things and they still have debris.

Default Hi and welcome

You can add to that an anti parasitic treatment. be sure you take care of your colon and use a reflora at the same time.

Are you adding Borax to your laundry? I think most of us do and it helps. Every load. I use a tad bit more than instructions call for. It's not expensive; around $3.00 a box at Walmart if you live in the US. Other stores carry smaller boxes and are more expensive.

I also let laundry soak in it for awhile, especially bedding, underwear and towels. During hot weather when I perspire, I soak just about everything after agitating for a few minutes.

Some people also like to add Oxyclean but it will slowly bleach out colors.
I stopped using it and my laundry seems to be fine but it might work for you.

When you have some extra money, you might look into some polyester satin sheet sets. I haven't had crawlies at night since I began using them. These critters aren't interested in polyester. JC Penney's has them (the sheets, not the critters!) very reasonably priced on their website and they're often on sale.

I'm not the expert but can share what happened here. After I was acutely ill, we simultaneously had a major problem with the washer and my systemic problems turned into major skin issues. We saw the washer problem - It was chunking out tiny pieces of metal into the laundry, some rust, some paint, some stinky stuff. It turned out part of the top piece was degrading and tiny pieces were falling into the washer tub. repair was done under warranty- it isn't that old. After that our sheets and two clothing items felt wrong. Under magnification we clearly see weird things are embedded in the fabric and could not be removed.

were these from the washer problem? dunno. did they come out of my arm which was all painful and itchy? not sure. this has not happened since. I had to get new sheets and the old ones always had gunk it it an felt stings and itchy to me. After that I launder new them in warm water only with oxygen bleach (nontoxic) and borax and un-fragranced uncolored laundry soap. New are cotton, uncolored (undyed).

Default yes

if antibiotics are taken, as soon as the course of treatment is complete, probiotics/reflora is great next step.

Default Also

I just ordered some Cedarcide organic bug spray, I am doing wonderful right now, during my anti parasitic treatment, but we pulled out the last bit of carpet in our house the other day, and I noticed a bit of bug action as it was pulled up. So I will let you know how effective it is.

Also it is the temperature of the water in which you wash your clothes that is of utmost importance. Hot Hot Hot.u

Default Just wanted to add...

That if you decide to go the anti parasitic route, please show your doctor the list of ingredients , to make sure it is safe for you, in case you have other health issues beyond morgellons.
