My son's urine

Right before finding out that I have M, I put my husband and 10 yr old son on an herbal parasitic, thinking that it was what was causing all of our problems. Two weeks into it, my son got really sick with high fever, vomiting, pain, and he needed IV fluids for dehydration. I took him off the herbs. By this time, I knew I had M and found fibers on him as well so knew he had it too.

Ever since then, I have noticed that his urine has a coating floating on top. It looks like gooey white bubbles bunched together but since he never flushes the toilet, they don't act like bubbles after awhile and don't pop. It kind of settles on top of the water unlike normal pressure bubbles that eventually go away. Does anyone know if this is part of M or maybe something else like a bladder infection? He doesn't complain of pain with urinating and I have made an appointment with the doc but, I was just curious if this is common with M and if others had it.

Hi Meagan,
I saw your post and have been wanting to get back to you.
After making a mental note to myself to pay more attention to what I leave behind in the toilet, I was amazed. I can not say what would be "normal" for someone with morgellons to have (symptoms). When I took a peek in the toilet, I thought of what you said.
Of course, my urine is just a lovely deep shade of yellow. About the same color yellow as the icons to the right of this message. I noticed what appears to be fibers, dare i say. Hair, little tiny things floating around. Normally, pee has just pee in it. Not mine. Even my pee looks like it's sick. I also understood why you said bubbles. When I saw mine, i thought, "it sure does look like bubles in there" sounds strange I thought when i first read it, but i know what you are talking about because i saw it in mine. I don't recall ever seeing this before in my urine, that is what made it so strange for me. I have been dealing with morgellons for over 2 years, more like 3 and if my urine looked like how you described your sons i never noticed it before. Strange that i never saw it before. Even more strange, that mine is doing the same as your sons but it just started recently.
Anyways, I just wanted you to know that your son is not the only one with "strange pee".

There's been others who have mentioned bubbles in their urine along with strange debris. I sometimes have noticed bubbles. When the urine is not a light straw color I know to get seen at the TCM clinic as when urine begins to darken that indicates heat in the body. I do not see as much of this as I used to. Still I have been using herbs for a long time too which probably has helped remove some of this illness from the kidney area of the body. M is a very strange disease as far as symptoms.

I know what we are seeing is not the froth mentioned as one cause as these bubbles last way too long to be just froth. It would be good though to check to see if there is excess protein in the urine.

Thank you for the replies. I know in my gut that this is part of M. I started noticing it in my urine as well. I didn't notice before because I would flush right away. It will be interesting to see what his urinalysis says. I'm sure it will show nothing because it floats and even when they shake it to get the segments to the bottom, it will probably still float. Poor baby, I hate that he and other children have to deal with this as well.
