| Please help. I have worked all week, trying to get these bugs out of our house, last night i stayed up until 3am washing clothes after they dried I would put them into a card board box because i knew it was contaminated when I went to fold them they had bugs in them I wash them in vinegar because its cheap, and i cant afford the ecovie or dsp. This usually works but not this time I had about 6 loads in that big box. I TRIED DILUTING THE VINEGAR SO IT WOULD STRETCH BUT THAT DOESNT WORK FOR ME,so and as a result my hands are dry, red, and the vinegar is eating my skin, there are layers tring to peel off, there was one of those square arm protecters on the couch that had bugs on it i sprayed it nothing, i boiled it 4 times in vinegar and rincing it each time before reboiling, before it was clean,

| Hi Terri, I am so so sorry for all the hell you're experiencing. This thing is so overwhelming -- it gets in everything~ The stress of trying to keep up with it can really do you in. When I read your SOS, it reminded me of a similar one Melissa J posted. I remember that at the time, Bubba had some great advice so, in her absence, I've copied it below for you. I hope it helps. We've all been exactly where you are and really feel for you -- know that you WILL get through it. Pls keep us posted! ![]() Hi Melissa, Being a single parent is hard enough when you are well, I am sure it is overwhelming when you are sick. I will make some suggestions...keep in mind that these are only suggestions: 1. Remove yourself from the extra duties that you have taken on. Explain that you are in a crisis at the moment and simply must focus your time and energy on taking care of yourself and your children. When you have recovered, you can continue with the extra activities. Do not let them make you feel guilty. If they do, they are not people you need to be associated with in the first place. 2. Stop all the "deep cleaning" and let the Eco-Vie do the work for you. Spray and saturate everything and leave it alone. Do not stir up the dust and air by wiping and dusting. Let it kill the organisms. Then take the vacuum and only use it to clean up your environment. Make sure the Home Depot vacuum's filter is clean and there is no mold inside the machine. 3. If you must wipe things down, use disposable wipes and throw them away. Wash your hands after touching things...this includes the computer, etc. 4. My 9 year old son and my husband just got over a bad stomach virus. There are other illnesses that might be factoring into your children's lives. Schools are notorious for spreading all kinds of illnesses. Give them some time to get better and keep them home from school until they get stronger. 5. Stop researching for a while. Let others with more time and energy do it for you. I just got a bunch of emails today that I am pondering. Remember, I have been where you are and at that time in my life, I could not help anyone but myself and my immediate family. I had to depend on others to help me. 6. Since your dishwasher broke, go to paper products for a while to cut down on dishwashing until you can get it fixed. 7. Does your stove work at all? Can you cook? Do you have a microwave? At this stage in your life, try to get already prepared meals that may be in the frozen section of the grocery store. Put these into the microwave for a quick meal that requires little to no clean up. I understand that the nutrition values may be different than what you are used to eating. Right now, it is more important to reduce the time and energy factor that cooking and preparing a big meal takes. You can be the "domestic goddess" again after you are feeling better. 8. If you are tired, rest. Stop expending all of your energy cleaning and let your body have the critical rest is needs. I promise you that Eco-Vie will help more than anything you can do to clean your environment. Even if there are dust bunnies, etc...if you have treated them with Eco-Vie, the organisms inside the cocoons are dead. Try to relax and make your kids rest a little more, too. Pick out 2 weeks worth of clothing for everyone and concentrate on cleaning ONLY these items. Saturate the others and leave them alone. When you have more energetic days, you can add to the wardrobe. 9. Get into see Dr. Sch asap. He will get you on some meds and a protocol that will help you regain your strength. He will also help your kids if needed. I know it is hard...I used to cry every day. I am not crying anymore and my body is regaining strength daily. My child is responding to her medications and all of her lesions and symptoms are GONE. This is, by far, the hardest thing I have ever faced in my life...and guess what...I am still standing! You can do this! Bubba |

| Hi Terri, So sorry to hear what you're going through. I prefer to use natural products, but for this monster, have used ammonia and borax, (20 Mule Team Borax) in the laundry and the environment. They're pretty inexpensive and I dilute the ammonia about 1: 4 (4 being water) for the house and car, (I also add some essential oils for household use) but I think the ammonia helps a ton in the laundry. If you use it around the house, it is toxic so keep that in mind, (and never use with or around bleach). This is not one of the preferred treatments but I couldn't help it, I had to find a reasonably priced way to take care of my clothes, car and environment. Maybe that can help but this is just my own bs two cents... Good luck! karen |
